• The room was well decorated, pretty and the bed was very comfortable. I felt very much at home and very well taken care of.
• Loud small children next door.

“Loved my stay at the Westin. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the public areas were very pretty and beautifully decorated. My business is all about style and design so where I stay and the way it is appointed is very important to me. The fitness room was clean, bright, cool and comfortable. I have business in Philadelphia often and I will look forward to staying here again and again.”

• Rooms on small side, not real good for family.

“Overall good experience. Clean with pleasant staff. Breakfast layout could have been better. Pretty convenient to interstate but a little tricky getting into parking lot as not marked well. Good for short stay - room a little cramped for family or longer visit.”

• Spacious room, easy to get to off of the interstate.
• Bathroom was not very clean, pubic hair on floor & bathtub.

“Overall the stay was great, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The only down fall was that the bathroom had pubic hair on the floor and in the bath tub which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the room as a whole.”

• Truck parked in front of window had noisy motor running all night!

“This hotel was very convenient to the highways around Toledo. We found good shopping and food very nearby. The room was generally quiet and the temperature comfortable. The front desk staff was thoughtful and the breakfast--hot self-made waffles, juices, tea, cereal, hard boiled eggs, etc. was great. I'd stay here again any time.”

• Keep your renovations going. New mattresses and pillows would be a hit with guests.

“The hotel was fine - if I was given an option of having a room that wasn't previously a smoking room, I would have liked it better. Breakfast was fine My stay was a short one - so I didn't get to look at all the hotel had to offer.”

“my room was right next to the front desk/manager's office. I was constantly awakened as I could hear their door slam throughout the night. room was not conducive to a peaceful night's sleep. I just stuck it out and got up at 7am and left.”

“This hotel has recently change hands, as it was formerly a Baymont Inn. There is a wide gulf when it comes to LaQuinta - some of the best mid-range hotels I have stayed at were LaQuintas (primarily in Texas). Several others were not good at all. Hopefully they plan on upgrading this one as they go.”

• Close to the sea gate expo that I was attending.
• No restaurant, or any in walking distance, no refrigerator available.

“We will try the Comfort Inn the next trip as we did on our way home. ( Ohio to Pa to NJ ) and it was from a travelers magazine you get at the rest stop and we got a discount with our AAA card and this coupon for a room that was 10 times better.”

• Bathrooms clean, Bed mattress firm. I liked the idea of the fresh batter and grill for waffles.
• It didn't appear anyone was really watching when people left breakfast to wipe the table for the next person.

• It did not have a pool for my 4 year old son.

“It was clean and pleasant for my mom, for a short overnight stay for the funeral of her Sister in law. It gave her a nice place to rest for the evening. The breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about, fresh fruit would have been good.”

• Great room layout, clean. and friendly. Laundry facilities and easy access to vending and ice.
• Room needed a fridge. Television cable needed more stations.

“Lobby and rooms were neat and clean. I really liked the layout of the rooms. We were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the room temperature controls worked well, and there was a little area off of the lobby with several tables where you eat the complimentary breakfast. The laundry facility was easily accessible for each floor, along with the vending and ice. Everyone was very friendly; in fact, after I checked out, my car battery was dead and a staff member jumped my car for me. I would recommend a stay at the Baymont Inn even for basic lodging.”

“The staff was friendly and was helpful in assisting us out of towners about local info. The parking for the rooms were first class. The location was key, it was right off from I-75 and around many restrants and stores. Although there were other people in the hotel, the room was well insulated and that kept it quite and peacefull. The check in and out process was very easy and fast,”

“Excellent access to freeway. Safe, well-lit parking lot with plenty of parking close to door. Room was clean and easily cooled. The only down side were the pillows. All four were lumpy and almost shapeless. I could have asked for replacements, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Would return to this hotel, but might bring my own pillow next time.”

“This is a clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff is professional, yet friendly. We have had some very bad experiences in the past with foreign run hotels, and it is great to stay at one where the facilities are kept clean and in good repair, while remaining affordable. We have let the staff know how much we appreciate their overall atmosphere. Staff was also helpful with great directions and a map for an address we needed to find.”

• Breakfast was too short - 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. - did not make it

“I am a little disappointed in the breakfast. I was looking forward to waffles, french toast, etc. We did not get into Toledo until 2:30 a.m. local time so we were pretty beat. I called down to the desk at 9:20 a.m. and they were already finished. I have two small children so we checked out and had to have something to eat elsewhere. A lot of the restaurants stop serving breakfast so we ended up at a donut shop. Other than that the people were friendly, the price was right and the rooms were nice. Beds were a little hard.”
