• Absolutely nothing, it was filthy.
• Filthy rooms.

“We changed rooms three times; the first one had dirty sheets and no light bulbs in the lamps. The next one the heater was left on high- 90 degrees from the previous tenant- that shows the maid didn't clean that room either or she would have found that. The last room we went to was cleaner but the alarm clock didn't work nor did the coffee pot, and the air conditioner was broken and would not stay on. We had to keep resetting it from off to a/c, it would work 15 minutes and stop. The worst of all of it was there were no exhaust fans in any of the rooms- we asked the staff they said none of the rooms in the hotel had exhaust fans. That is against health dept. Guidelines as I as sure you know. They could shut it down until they were installed. ”

• Location and pleasant desk staff
• Stained carpet, scuffed walls, and stale air in rooms and corridors

“There was no elevator and rooms were all on the third floor. It is an older horel and the renovations had not been completed as far as our room and floor. I was very surprised that it was rated higher than 1 star”

• The bed was comfortable and not squeaky, the tub was clean
• ancient blankets, harried staff (slow service), unheated pool, broken cappuccino machine,

“It was a no-frills, bare bones, got-us-through-the-night experience, and one I'd probably not repeat. It was okay.”

• Very helpful staff.
• The air in one of the rooms was not up to par.

• The price and the location.
• The staff and the suprise of the hotel having construction work done on it.

“Everything was good. The only negative was the corner of the floor in the hall next to our door. There was a build up of dust on the carpet there.”

“The hotel is adequate, however I thought due to the age of the rooms and property it should not have been a two star. I think a 1 star would be more appropriate. However, the staff was very courteous and helpful.”

“The staff was rude. The hotel was dirty and there was loud music going on most of the night. The room was gross, there was a 2ft by 2ft blood stain on the carpet by the bed, and the room smelled stale.”
