• Don't know, never got to check in.
• The professionalism and customer service.

“When I arrived with a guaranteed reservation, I was told there were no rooms available and that I would have to stay at another hotel in the area. I guess the word "guarantee" doesn't mean much to this hotel. We had booked a suite at this hotel and ended up staying at an economy hotel with only 1 bed. Our whole weekend was ruined. When I called the hotel later to complain to a manager, Joy wasn't very friendly to me or apologetic.”

“I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Ann Arbor. The have a reliable shuttle that takes me to work and picks me up on time. The staff is really friendly there too, they call me by name as soon as I walk in! It's always clean and well maintained. I wouldn't change a thing, everything is the best I've experienced at any hotel. ”

• What a place, I had a great stay!

“This place was make for the business traveler. A complimentary breakfast and dinner too. I could get some work done because I didn't have to hurry up and leave the hotel to go eat. Their free high speed internet worked a lot better than other hotels I've stayed at. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my company anytime they have someone coming to Ann Arbor.”

“My friends and I traveled to Michigan for the Super Bowl. Even though it was quite a drive to Ford Field for the game, we had a pretty good time. The hotel upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite and we had a full breakfast in the morning. My company is sending me to Chicago next month and I'm staying at a Hawthorn in Schaumburg. I hope it's as nice as the Ann Arbor hotel.”

• Big suites and a great breakfast.
• Nothing.

“This hotel is great. This was my first time at a Hawthorn Suites, but if they are all like this then I will stay in them exclusively from now on. The staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean and their free breakfast was better than ones you pay for at most restaurants. With a large suite, I felt right at home.”

“I don't know who this other review is from, but I had a great time with my family over the weekend at this hotel. The suites were large and clean. The breakfast was very extensive and the quality was great. My kids loved it. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We didn't have any problems at all.

Though we came into town for a funeral, staying at Hawthorn Suites made the best of a sad situation.”
