• Roominess of accommodations.
• Musty smell - odor in room.

“Obviously there have been pets in the room and the odor lingered - especially when the air was on. The room was clean but older - we have stayed with this chain on numerous occasions and were somewhat disappointed - rack in closet broken - but the staff was very accommodating and nice.”

• Excellent amenities. Provided breakfast and a light dinner every night.
• I have nothing to report negatively about t his hotel.

“Very enjoyable stay. Comfortable bed. A great place for travelers to stay. Was like a little apartment. The hotel staff was very accommodating when I arrived. And this is the first hotel I stayed at that served a light dinner in addition to a breakfast.”

• Plenty of space to get work done.
• A long walk from the lobby.

“Overall this hotel was very nice. There was a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stove. The bed was very comfortable. And the lounge area was extremely nice.”

• Noisy air conditioner fan.

• This hotel is like home away from home. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a warm breakfast.
• I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel!

“This was a very comfortable and nice experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to any traveler wanting to be comfortable while on the road. It might not be the Ritz but it was absolutely delightful. Everyone from the manager to the desk clerks were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room is spacious with comfortable accommodations. Wi-Fi and cable are provided. Breakfast was great and dinner is served M-Th as part of the hotel fees. One meal was catered in as part of the free social hour. I would highly recommend this inn.”

• The spacey room and the full kitchen- even though I did not use it much.
• They can have more than one computer available- may be three is a good number.

• Hotel was convenient, family friendly and towels, sheet.
• A microwave would have been nice, but they do have a restaurant T.

• Great location, excellent staff, terrific breakfast.

“Very pleased with this hotel. Excellent sized room with oven, fridge, microwave. Breakfast was excellent. Bedding and seating was comfortable. Staff made you feel very welcome. Great location near shopping, restaurants, and UM.”

• The breakfast buffet was very convenient and generous. The room was nice. Many amenities

• The staff is AMAZING! So friendly!

“The staff at this hotel is amazing, friendly, and so incredibly accommodating - everyone from the desk staff to the security staff. They have great security that walks around at night to make sure everything is going well. Their continental breakfasts are great and prepared with smiles! It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from the Ann Arbor University of Michigan campus! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Definitely one of my favorite hotels world wide!”

• The room was designed like a suite; not just an average hotel room.
• Immediate outdoor access. I prefer interior access hotels.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, service was fast and polite. I especally want to mention the lady who helped with was there to help with the free breakfast. She was very, very nice. She went out of her way to make sure you had everything you could possibly ever want or need.”
