• The overall value and the location .
• The key cards not working to get into the door. But they fixed it and then it was fine.

“If you are looking for value and good service then this is the hotel for you. The rooms have been recently updated.”

• It was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good!
• Would have liked a bigger pool and a larger exercise room. Exercise room only had 3 items.

• Our room was not read at 3PM, and we were tired.

“We stopped in at 1 PM to see if the room was possible ready. We were told that it would be ready in a little while. We did more shopping and came back at 3 PM when check-in time is scheduled. However, our room was not ready until 3:45 PM. When asked at check-out for a reduction in our room rate because of the inconvenience, we were told that was not possible. We were not happy with that answer.”

• I liked the idea that the hotel was within walking distance from shops and restaurants.
• Nothing. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

• The color scheme was great and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
• No vending machines and the pool looked really dirty.

“Very cute and right in downtown. With the King size bed and whirlpool in the room it is a great romantic getaway. Very nice people and helpful staff.”

• The people were wonderfully helpful.

• Privacy was well respected. Very clean. Name brand Shampoo was nice. Non smoking throughout the hotel was awesome!
• TV was very small and did not provide many channels. I would have liked to have a thicker blanket on the bed. The one provided was not very warm.

“Stay was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Very clean, comfortable and private. Breakfast had many options. TV was small but ok. I would have liked to see a thicker blanket but was glad to see that it was one that could be washed between guest instead of the comforters you see at hotel that you know they don't wash every time.”

• The staff placed us next to an outside door based on my age. This was most helpful.
• I had no problems whatsoever.

• Really comfy beds!

“We stayed two nights at this hotel and it was great!! Rooms were clean and very comfy! Having breakfast included is always a bonus! Lots of selection as well. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would defiantely stay here again.”

• The exit.
• My pre-paid room was not available.

“Secured room weeks prior to our arrival. Paid for a deluxe room Two beds we had four people) and requested a non smoking. We got one double bed and room stunk so bad I asked my hubby to return home it was a bust smoked filled dump next to the swimming pool room The worst. Never again.”

• Good service, very large clean room, excellent bed, breakfast was OK, good location.
• TV was poor selection and internet did not work.

“Pool was good but small, hot tub was small for the number of guests trying to use it. Room was excellent and bed was really comfortable. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep it is a very good choice.”

“We were in the area and were allowed to check in early, the staff was friendly and helpful, and explained the breakfast area, convenient parking and vending. We would be happy to stay here again. The hotel is in the heart of the shopping area. Clean and well lit.”

“The only problem I encountered was I had called the previous day to request a non-smoking room. The room we were assigned reeked of smoke. I was told this was a handicap room so there is no non-smoking sign on the door. I did not need a handicap room. We were assigned a different room.”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Every employee that we spoke to was kind and approachable. We did find dirty socks in our room and the pool had a dark residue on the tile at the water level all around the perimeter of the pool.”
