• The people were friendly and very professional.
• The mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable.

“The facility needs repair. The drawers in the room were broken. The carpet was much warned. The mattress in the bed was very uncomfortable. It was like I was sleeping in a hole.”

• Safe, Inexpensive, nice bathroom.
• Construction at exit going southbound was confusing.

“It is a safe, convenient and affordable motel behind a Red Roof Inn. I first stopped at the Red Roof Inn because I thought it was the Super 8. The Super 8 was comfortable and had a breakfast of coffee, milk and cereal. Sadly no fruit. The main thing was convenience for a price and that it had.”

• Had a Breakfast and was quit and comfortable.
• Breakfast ended at 10.

• Located near highways.
• Worst hotel I ever stayed in to date; the towels were dirty, the bed was lumpy and broken down, and the TV was very fuzzy.

“The room was dirty, the bed was lumpy, and even the towels were dingy; more grey than white. This hotel is in dire need of some maintenance and new beds. I am not sure if I will ever use them again.”

• Customer service was excellent, breakfast was available, and the location was easy accessible to the highway and local business.
• Hallways was filled with cigarette smoke all rooms on first floor was supposed to be smoke free.

“The location of the hotel and the access was excellent. Customer service was great by the staff and especially the morning clerk was very professional and appearance was very suited for the job. The quality of hotel: Rooms was to be expected for the price. I would rate them a 7-8. I would more than likely stay at that location in the near future. Keep up the good customer service.”

• Easy to find from I 75. Good distance on way home.
• Thin walls, interior finishes falling off.

“I chose this hotel for the price and location: on the way home from a Detroit rock concert. I didn't expect anything fancy and didn't get anything fancy. It was clean and adequate, but not really cozy. No pay per view. Just a place to crash. Staff was friendly enough.”

• The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Stores and restaurants located within area.
• The chairs in the room needed to be replaced.

“Because the staff was so friendly and accommodating I would stay there again.”

• Location, staff friendly.
• Furniture and carpet very old and stained would not walk on carpet with bare feet.

“The room window was very dirty, carpet stained and chairs were so wobbly and stained we could not use them. We had stayed at super 8 motels many times before but will never again! At least sheets and towels were clean. Could use some plumbing upgrades too. We got what we paid for.”

• It was a bed for the niter thats about it.
• There were hairs on the bathroom floor, bed was much worn.

“It wasn't the best motel vie stayed at, mattress was much worn and bathroom was not very clean, TV was fuzzy.”

• The staff was great
• Mold on bathroom ceiling.

“My friend that was also in flint that day went with me to check in and got a room then. She paid $10 less than I did. The bathroom ceiling had a big round area that had mold/mildew in it. The heat was not adjustable to a comfortable level. You were either too hot or too cold. The staff there was exceptional!”
