• There was no hot tub.

• New.
• It was under construction, wife has asthma/allergies. She did not sleep (maybe 1-1/2 hr.) because of smells.

“Feel misled by not telling us they were under construction. My wife did not sleep due to strong new smells and her asthma.”

• For a 2 star Hotel, this should be a 3 star. VERY NICE.
• Can't think of anything.

• Easy to get to.
• To close to the interstate heard traffic all night long.

“We loved our stay. The staff was so nice and so sweet. The room was exceptionally clean, and the indoor pool was great for our 4 yr old. We now wish that we would have brought our 8 yr old and 14 yr old. WONDERFUL!”

• Nice breakfast.
• No available roll always or 2 double beds.

“The hotel was clean, offered breakfast, and had a pool. The front desk manager was rude when I called on the phone to request 2 double beds. When we arrived they did not accommodate our request.”

“I have stayed in several Fairfield INNs and liked them. But I wouldn't stay at this one again. This was the worst one of all. I have liked the others. This one just wasn't up to their usual quality.”

• The location was great for our needs
• I thought that the rooms could have been appointed a little better, and a little cleaner.

• The beds are VERY comfortable! Please continue such comfort.
• Decor of room was less than expected for a Marriott name.

“Most outstanding was the bed comfort. Very happily suprised. Appreciated internet access free in the lobby. But the room decor and hallways did not resemble any Marriott named hotel we've ever stayed at before.”

“For our trip, this motel was exactly what the doctor ordered. It was between Gatlinburg and Knoxville but far enough outside of Knoxville that we weren't in the middle of town. We attended the Southern Golden Gloves tournament Friday night and went to the Orange and White game at Neyland Stadium Saturday. It was just a very short ride and easy access to the Interstate for both functions.”

“The Fairfield Inn East Knoxville was a great place. The rooms were very clean. The continental breakfast was filling and well-stocked. The free internet access in the lobby was helpful. We would certainly enjoy staying there again.”
