“Up-dated room furnishings / comfortable beds. Lobby and pool area very stuffy and warm. Pool looked a little murky but several people were in it.”

• We got a smoking room and were not allowed to change.

“We were given a smoking room and everything had very strong smoking smell - air, comfort, and pillow.”

• The ambience in the common areas was very nice. The pool and hot tub were right in the middle of all the rooms.
• My toilet was broken, but they fixed it promptly. The maid did not replace the towels with the same amount.

“The hotel was nicer than I was expecting for a Best Western. The room was setup similar to a suite, but in one room. The one downside of this was the bathroom was very small and it was difficult to close the door. The restaurants and bars didn't seem to be open much, but looked like they would be decent. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. The continental breakfast was lacking - there weren't even bagels - just sugary pastries, waffles, hard boiled eggs, and oatmeal. The hotel wasn't near anything in walking distance, but cab service was readily available. The staff was very nice and helpful.”

• They had amazingly friendly staff, and the price is a good value.
• Most amenities don't work, aren't there, and the place was unkempt.

“There was a pool and spa, they allowed pets, parking was always available, and they had wireless internet, which was very fast and always working. However, the parking lot was a mess, the restaurant was out of over half the items on the menu, only one washing machine and one ice machine worked in the whole hotel, the continental breakfast ran out of food after about the first hour of the four hours it was open - that also applied to the complimentary newspaper, which I found to be mythological, at best. There didn't seem to be any care or concern for the place or its guests, except for the very friendly staff. I am very surprised that Best Western allows them to keep their franchise.”

• Hot tub was great, pool was very nice. Common areas were clean and inviting. Room was very nice.
• Personnel at front desk was very rude. Was given a key to a room that someone was already in-when took it back she was rude & acted as if it was our fault.

“When we arrived the hotel was very inviting and clean, lots of parking area. The young lady at the front desk was very rude and the young man was friendlier, however seemed to be new or untrained. The room was great, with the exception of the coffee maker not working, this was replaced promptly. The pool and hot tub area was clean--hot tub was great--very hot! We will stay here again, however we will not expect much from the front desk employees.”

• Rooms were nice comfy beds.
• Breakfast was good, pub and eatery was awful.

“Nice location, nice rooms, spa and pool just was too dirty. Staff was nice, construction noise was crazy next door, entrance doors were never locked, did not even function. One night doors were open with bags of soil. Great for skunks, mice or rats to enter.”

• It was right off of the interstate.
• The room was filthy and poorly maintained.

“The hotel room was terribly dirty. The toilet did not flush; the tub did not drain during a shower. The AC unit was very loud and obviously required maintenance as well.”

• The convenience and swimming pool.
• The breakfast no meat like bacon.

“There was a lot of concrete torn up outside. All but one ice machine worked and it was always running low on ice. They could of had a sign up sorry about our construction.”

• Clean and really nice atmosphere, will be coming to the area frequently (child in college).
• Not enough towels in our room, we asked for more did not receive them, we had 4 people and 3 towels.

“We were happy with the look and cleanliness of your hotel, we enjoyed the breakfast and pool that you provided. We chose your hotel because of price, we will be visiting the area frequently because of our child attending college. We will consider your hotel again.”

• Staff was nice, morning continental breakfast.
• Linens smell a bit, they need to wash comforter etc.

“The facility is so nice. They have Jacuzzi in the rooms right next to the bed if you like it. Nice atmosphere. Central air. The only thing I dislike is the smell from the comforter. Maybe they weren't washed.”

• Very attractive room and helpful/pleasant staff.
• Bugs and leaky shower.

“The rooms were very attractive and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. There was a small issue with bugs in the room (not cockroaches) and the shower leaked, but neither was enough to ruin the stay. The restaurant was empty, creepy and looked like the inside of a mini-golf cave (the theme was cavemen for some reason).”
