• For the price, the rooms were comfortable and clean.
• The hotel is under renovation. They have demolished half of the hotel, but have not cleaned up the area. I did not have a very good first impression.

“I was not disappointed in the room. I felt safe and comfortable in a quiet environment. The outside demolition needs to be cleaned up. I am sure that this has deterred many. The reception staff needs to be more accommodating. I asked to look at the receipt that I signed and was refused. The free breakfast was acceptable. However, essentials such as milk, cold cereal, and fruit were not an option. My son and husband did not eat breakfast at the hotel the second morning. Overall, I would return to this hotel for the price that I paid.”

• Easy to find, close to where I needed to be.
• Tornado struck, needs many repairs.

“This hotel was booked for convenience, location and price. I feel the outside doors should have "key" security entrance.”

• It was cheap.
• Being renovated, but still pretty dumpy, no security at all.

“The motel was under renovation when I stayed there. Some of the motel was truly used up, but the open part was not bad for a 1 star I guess. Everything worked and the bed was ok.”
