• Everything and everyone was great!
• We did not dislike anything!

“The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice. It was nice having and indoor pool and hot tub to enjoy.”

• Accommodations kitchen, free Internet, sofa, moderately roomy.
• Need innovation to help them retain kitchen furnishings--dishes etc. Maybe a security deposit to be returned after inspection after checkout.

“Located near the "downtown West" section of Knoxville and only 20 minutes from the city center. Everything you could want nearby -- restaurants, groceries, movies, churches, etc.”

• It had a fridge, microwave and stove top.
• They put us in a handicap room, a strange smell and could hear every step from floor above most of the night.

• I was disappointed. It was a remodeled hotel and not up to my expectations. The price I had to pay was way too much for a hotel w/out free breakfast.

“I was disappointed that it was a remodeled hotel. It was not the normal standards as other Townplace suites I've stayed at. There was no complimentary breakfast which was very disappointing for the price we had to pay for one night.”
