• Beds were very comfortable.
• Cleaniness is a problem , elevators, hallways always dirty.

“GM needs to do some work with cleaniness, even saw him walk right over trash in the elevators. Asked him about having information for vistors in rooms and he told me he didn't have any more. Even glasses and ice buckets missing in rooms. Worst Hyatt Place I have stayed in for cleaniness.”

• The price was excellent for the accommodations and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. A well run hotel.

“It is recognized that times are tough for the economy and the price was to fill the rooms, but this hotel has left an impression on me for anytime and I would consider this hotel at all times.”

• Layout of room is very different and works well.
• Housekeeping had not cleaned behind the bathroom door.

• The staff was awesome! Extremely friendly and courteous. The 2 "separate" rooms were wonderful.
• A microwave would have given to our family everything we needed for an extended stay.

“This hotel was the best we've ever stayed in. The friendly staff made the experience so pleasant. The rooms layout was just what we needed for a family. The shower/toilet were separated from the large vanity area which allowed several of us to get ready all at the same time. The separate sitting room with couch bed and plasma TV kept the kids happy and gave all of us a feeling of having space. The continental breakfast and staff was professional yet personal. They didn't shut off the food at exactly the closing hour like many hotels do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The rooms were spacious. We liked the TV and the sofa.
• Price of food, street could not be accessed from the left.

“This hotel was very comfortable with spacious rooms. The TV was large and very clear. The bed was comfortable. It was a nice bonus to have a sofa. Food was offered but a bit pricey. Starbucks coffee was a plus. The lobby looked attractive. There is a problem trying to enter the street the hotel is on from the left, but other than that, it was in a good location.”

• We were attending a family reunion. The hotel was less than 3 miles away. Close to restaurants and a shopping mall. The staff was very helpful.
• Nothing. It was excellent!

“The hotel staff was very friendly. They printed directions for us so we could find our way around. The hotel was right off the interstate and close to stores and restaurants. We were very pleased.”

• The night gallery host was fantastic and always greeted me by name.
• The food is far overpriced for what it is, but good.

“I really loved this hotel. I had stayed in an Extended Stay originally. The difference from the extended stay to this was night and day - this hotel is gorgeous, quiet, friendly, extremely comfy, just wonderful. I will always use this hotel when my parents come to visit!”

• The staff was amazingly helpful with every little thing!
• There's no onsite guest laundry.

“I loved everything about this hotel except for the absence of an onsite laundry - which I needed during my 2 week stay as a business traveler. The food in the restaurant is good, but too expensive for what it is, but there are a lot of decent restaurants a couple of blocks over in a large mall area. The staff though more than make up for it - they are fantastic. The rooms are super comfy - my room had a large king bed with high quality linens. The 42" TV was great and I watched movies over my laptop DVD player on it. The in room coffee is great but each morning they brew Starbucks brand downstairs with their continental breakfast. The room was very updated and stylish and parking was fantastic. I had a wonderful stay - far superior to the prior 2 weeks I was in the extended stay that was far less convenient and far less comfy. The 'gallery hosts' were simply fantastic - full of great personality and able to greet me by name every day.”

“Nice hotel but staff was not able to take care of the smallest problem without calling somewhere so in reality there was no one in there in charge I basically talked to a robot and that did not sit well. Not there to help the traveler.”

• Great room with large screen TV & Wi-Fi available.
• Bed was hard even though it was a pillow top, but uncomfortable for side sleepers to enjoy.

“The hotel was great except for the size of the bathroom, too small and the closet is hard to get into. Non-smoking room was a plus but ground floor near the drive was a minus due to the number of teenagers staying that night for conventions hanging out right outside our window. Of course that's not the hotel's fault, just our bad luck to stay that particular night.”

• Like the way the room is arranged and decorated.
• The internet was not working and had not worked for 3 days.

“Beautiful clean hotel that is tastefully decorated. The wireless internet was not working, and the staff admitted it had not been working for the previous three days. We needed internet, so we did not extend out stay for the next two days as planned.”

• Staff was friendly and helpful with our group of 25 girl scouts.
• The hotel, like others, over books, but the manager made it right.

“Very nice and comfortable, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was always available, and willing to help us with situations from finding an affordable pizza delivery place to directions to stone mountain (which is only 12 miles away). Our girl scout troop will definitely return to this hotel!”

• The room was very nice; however, the bath room is too small.

“I would recommend this hotel to any business or leisure traveler. The rooms are very spacious and offer comfortable beds, a large couch and a great 42" LCD television. I especially liked the alternate input adapter the made it easy to hook my laptop to the TV and play DVDs. The bathroom could stand to be larger. The small size combined with the positioning of the door make it awkward to enter the bathroom and close the door. A ventilation fan would also help.”

• We were acknowledged right away from walking in the door to check in and throughout our stay.
• That it didn't actually have a dining room and lounge.

• I loved the size of the room and the comfort of the beds.
• There was a problem with the tub, possible paint coming off.

“The stay was excellent except for the problem with the bathtub. They were not able to change us to another room; so we just used a towel on the tub floor. The breakfast was very good and the look of the room was modern as spacious. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Staff helped to arrange all three of our rooms next to each other. Originally on two separate floors.
• Closest space is limited. Beds and vanity sink are opposite each other in the bedroom.

“Continental breakfast was a little chaotic. Large group had been in and staff hadn't caught up on replenishing the food. Had to wait for coffee to be brewed both mornings. Very clean, good area. Beds were very comfortable. Shuttle driver very pleasant. Very good for the price I paid.”

• The rooms were remodeled and very spacious.
• The lobby, hallways and elevator were in dire need of remodeling.

“Once the remodeling is complete, I would feel comfortable giving this hotel 3 star. The room was beautiful. The widescreen TV was a nice extra feature.”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• The hotel was under construction, which meant there was no access to the business center or lobby, other than the front desk.

“Overall, I really like the amerisuites. This is the third one that I have stayed in over the past six months. The only complaint that I have is that there was no mention of the hotel being under construction. This was a hassle and honestly the first floor and lobby area were a noisy mess.”

“This is a great hotel that is changing over to a Hyatt place property. Great HDTV and very comfortable bed. They are in the midst of changing over from Amerisuites to Hyatt place, so public areas are a bit crowded with new furniture, etc. Highly recommend this property. Would give it a 3-star rating, but need to wait and see final product after renovations. ”

• None smoking only and I did not know it in advance.

“For the money, it was an exceptional deal. The hotel was updated and very, very nice. However, I would never stay there again because it does not allow smoking.”
