• We really liked the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was very neat and clean and very organized. The rooms were extremely clean.
• There was not anything that we did not like, but the food was very expensive, other than that it was great.

• Friendly.
• Got incorrect information on breakfast.

good location. However, I was charged for some supplies that I did not purchase and had to correct that on departure and was given information when I arrived regarding free breakfast that cost me $10.95. Nice but inaccurate.”

• I enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
• Not quiet as plush as I expected.

• Beds were not very comfortable

“We were led to believe there was a complementary continental breakfast. It was not complimentary and didnt realize we had to pay until after we had gotten food and sat down. $11 per person for breakfast at this hotel is extremely unreasonable.”

• Nice pool, rooms, balcony and Courtyard.
• Can't think of anything.

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard. We were a little worried about it being too close to Atlanta, but it was a very nice little town. Lots of restaurants and a mall close by. Friendly staff.”

“The Courtyard Marriott is conveniently located right off I-75. Surrounded by a mall, several restaurants and near downtown Atlanta. It has a nice fitness center and pool as well as a business center for business travelers. The room was well appointed, very clean and quiet.”

“I was extremely pleased with this hotel. It was updated, clean, comfortable and extremely convenient to the area being visited. The only slight downfall was the breakfast bar was not complimentary, but it had a great variety and tasty too.”

“I was in town for an exam and traveling with my husband and 4 month old daughter. The facilities were nice and set up for the business traveler which was nice. All the staff was helpful and friendly. It was very clean and well organized. We would stay there again.”

• It was clean, fresh and friendly. A great price and good location.
• There was nothing to dislike. No restaurant was on-site, but that was no problem.

“The hotel is clean and comfortable. Getting to it is difficult as the hotel can only be accessed in one direction off of I-85. The area is somewhat seedy after midnight.”

• Good morning buffet ~ but not free.
• Non smoking room smelled badly of cigarette smoke.

“The courtyard was a decent stay for what I needed in that area. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. The only cons were that although all rooms are non smoking, mine smelled very strongly of smoke and we were told the hotel has a breakfast buffet ~ but we were not told it is not free. Still. Suited my needs.”

• The people at the front desk seemed nice.
• The hot tub didn't work and I didn't like the layout at all.

“To be perfectly honest, I didn't really care for the hotel. The layout wasn't very good. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't walk thru the lobby to get to my room. And I was extremely disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working.”

• Very out of date hall carpets were filthy.

“Clean as I would expect for a Marriott. However, the rooms were basically baron, no pictures, no character. The hotel felt very out of date compared to the hotels I have stayed on the same street, the Wingate is much nicer inside but more expensive. Bed linens looked to be 20 years old but mattress was comfortable. Bathrooms were updated but that's it! Old TV with poor picture. Room laid out very strange, bed was adjacent to the bathroom? I would have expected much more from Marriott.”

• It had a great lobby and nice rooms. The staff was excellent.
• The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and it was hard controlling the room temperature.

“Great staff, very courteous and helpful. Beautiful lobby and surrounding areas. Internet access in the lobby with a printer. Breakfast buffet is the only meal served, and is pricey at $9.99. Plenty of parking, and close to all the restaurants and shopping centers.”

• The whirl pool was out of order and no one was working on it.

“Although the hotel was clean the whirl pool was out of order and no one was working on it. This is why I wanted to stay, for the use of the whirl pool.”

• Good location right off 85, hassle free check-in and check-out, friendly staff.

“Great hotel, good location, friendly staff, immaculately clean large room, attractive public facilities, nonsmoking (but with a beautiful Courtyard in the middle of the hotel, who needs to smoke indoors?). Although I didn't use them on this trip, there was also a large swimming pool (outdoors in the courtyard), and indoor hot tub and fitness facility. The free high speed internet and "business center" was also a nice touch. Great hotel!”

• The shower had hot water.
• Hotel staff did not help as needed, check in time slow.

“We checked in late at night and had to wait 15 minutes for the desk attendant to get off a personal call. My brother & sis-in-law and niece stayed next door, their toilet flooded the bathroom. We asked for linens for couch bed, never got them for our kids - have to take them off my brother's room that they were moved from. Because of how the situation was handled it was after 1 in the morning before our kids could get to bed. Maintenance left my husband holding a piece on the toilet in my brother's room for over 30 minutes, my husband shut it off, and we don't know when they returned to fix it. Walls are thin, next morning at 5:30, the phone rang off the hook in the next room, and I thought it was our phone. Horrible experience all around.”

• No fridge in room.

“Clean, comfortable, friendly. Left a note for the cleaning people that the coffee pot would not work and asked for a replacement and did not get one. Finally got one the last night. Electrical plugs did not work in bathroom and asked that they be fixed and that did not happen. Other than the above mentioned things everything else was great.”

• The room was clean and comfortable as well as convenient to I-85.
• I had to wait several minutes to check in; the clerk was involved with a personal phone call- awkward..

“Overall I was pleased with the hotel. One drawback was that wireless Internet was not available in the room, but was offered for a fee in the "business library". The breakfast buffet was $8.95, which I thought to be a little steep. Also, I had to standby awkwardly and wait to check in while the front desk clerk finished a personal phone call.”

• Courtyard has always been one of my favorite places to stay. Generalized quality.
• Near power lines.

“Overall pleasant. Not as high quality as some of the other courtyards I have stayed at. Fulfilled all requests. Near power lines only really negative point.”

• carpet felt very sticky when I first checked into the hotel.

“Nice, quaint, relatively clean hotel with a good location if you have business or play in the Duluth, Suwanee area. Breakfast buffet was very good. Would have been nice if there had been more than one desktop computer available to guests.”

“The Courtyard in Duluth was clean and quiet. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. There were small but nice balconies that we enjoyed. The hotel is located within walking distance of a Hooter's and Chili's and within one mile of a decent mall. The hotel is on a side street which eliminated the noise and hectic lifestyle of the rest of the area.”

“The price paid should have included a breakfast buffet/continental breakfast. The room was very clean and the hotel was in excellent condition. The hot tub did not have good jets, but it was relaxing. The workout room was well-organized and had properly working equipment.”
