• The room was very clean. Big plus was the fact breakfast is included in room rate.
• There was not anything I did not like.

“I was very please with my stay. The room was very clean. A true breakfast was included in the cost of the room. Prefect place anytime you plan on staying more then one day. The area was very nice and not far from downtown Atlanta.”

• The breakfast was fantastic.
• Just a trifle slow in unplugging a toilet.

• Friendly staff, big room.
• Accidentally charged us for room. Refunded it promptly though.

“Only spent about 4 hours in the room. It was big one-room suite with kitchen. Bathroom was showing some wear and toilet wobbled.”

• Small pool. Pool needs be heated. Breakfast room needs to be bigger.

• The staff was very helpful, the room was beautiful and, the amenities were wonderful.
• I did not like the fact that I only booked one night and I wish I could have stayed longer.

“The Residence Inn Atlanta Gwinnett Place is a beautiful, friendly place to stay. The staff is friendly, the complimentary evening appetizers and beverages and morning breakfast were wonderful, the room was large, well appointed, and clean, and the location is easy to reach. Residence Inn is now one of my favorite places to stay!”

• Front desk staff were not welcoming or courteous.

“Clean hotel room with large refrigerator, microwave, dishes, flatware, etc. Perfect for a no-frills business trip.”

• Good place to stay if you like to prepare own meals.
• Squeaky floors beneath carpet.

“Had a full compliment kitchen included in suite with all essentials utensils. Generous bathroom and closet space. Fell short on storage drawers.”

• Hot water inconsistency, hot then cold

• Hotel was very clean. More than I expected. Kitchen complete with cleaning supplies. Nice pool and hot tub
• There is no return to the Northbound Hwy 85 so you have to take the side roads to the next onramp. Same thing coming back. You just need to remember.

“Once we figured out the Hwy exit procedure everything else fell into place. We stayed 2 nights/3days and after getting lost the first day trying to get to our day destination North of the Hotel, the rest of the stay was above our expectations. Clean facility and friendly staff. Plenty of good restaurants and good shopping. Would definitely stay again.”
