• Very clean for the price.
• No coffee maker & fan in bathroom was to loud.

• Nothing special about it. No indoor pool, continental breakfast was not good at all, very ordinary room.

• Staff very unaccommodating.

“Our room was never cleaned. staffing was to defensive. We will never stay at this hotel again. Continental breakfast was a joke. ”

• The room we had was cleaned and well kept.
• For the rating it had compared to others of same rating we were disappointed.

“It was located in a very busy area. Many stores and eating places. Room was clean, but located in a strange place, behind everything. There was only a few other guest there.”

• Cold control climate.
• There was a lot of construction.

“It was nice. It was clean. Did not have much interaction with staff. Pool could have been open. It was hot enough.”

• Location, clean rooms.
• Staff at desk unfriendly, unhelpful and felt we were putting them out.

“Sheets had stains on them, same sheets used for three nights. Towels were thin. Staff very unfriendly. Needed to have our key reprogrammed three times. Breakfast was poor, tables dirty, staff outside smoking or on phone when needed help and they never got off phone while serving us. Needed cup for coffee, they pointed to a drawer for us to open a new stack and set out ouselves. Very unprofessional. The only positive was location and room was basically clean.”

• First, it was a room for wheelchair access. Second, there was mold in bathroom. Told mang. / moved us to diff. room reluctantly

• The evning staff was very friendly and helpful in giving me directions to where I was going the next day.
• Road construction on the near by interstate.

“The Inn was clean, easy to find, and in a good location. The bathroom was the largest I've ever had in a hotel. When I travel to Dayton again, I'll stay there again.”

• It was close to many restaurants and shopping areas.
• It was old and needed renovation.

“The gutters were peeling, the carpet was dirty, the vent cover fell off the bathroom wall in the middle of the night. The sheets would not stay on the bed. ”
