• Friendly reception from staff; good parking; easy access location.
• Shower broken, TV broken, poor heat system, eerie lighting, airplane loud vent system.

• It was convenient to where I was going and needed to stay.
• I've had much better quality for the price.

• Nothing special about it. No indoor pool, continental breakfast was not good at all, very ordinary room.

“The hotel was clean for the most part. The location was very convenient for shopping and restaurants and the Dayton area.”

• The room we had was cleaned and well kept.
• For the rating it had compared to others of same rating we were disappointed.

“It was located in a very busy area. Many stores and eating places. Room was clean, but located in a strange place, behind everything. There was only a few other guest there.”

• There was a lot of construction.

• First, it was a room for wheelchair access. Second, there was mold in bathroom. Told mang. / moved us to diff. room reluctantly

• The evning staff was very friendly and helpful in giving me directions to where I was going the next day.
• Road construction on the near by interstate.

“The Inn was clean, easy to find, and in a good location. The bathroom was the largest I've ever had in a hotel. When I travel to Dayton again, I'll stay there again.”

• It was close to many restaurants and shopping areas.
• It was old and needed renovation.

“The gutters were peeling, the carpet was dirty, the vent cover fell off the bathroom wall in the middle of the night. The sheets would not stay on the bed. ”
