• Everything their was very clean and the staff was excellent.

“Everything their was very clean and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful, Their continental breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Decor was fine, room was clean.
• We were staying on a non smoking floor with smokers. We reported to the front desk with no results. We were exposed to smoke entire time.

“I have always wanted to stay at this brand name hotel. Was very disappointed with the smoking issue. I found it difficult to sleep because of on going smell of smoke on a non-smoking floor. Will probably never stay with hotel chain again.”

• Hot water was not working.

“The hotel is conveniently located in West Knoxville. The staff was well prepared upon our arrival. However, the hot water was not working in the room Saturday morning. If you like cold showers, this is the place for you.”

• Convenient, friendly and helpful staff and clean.
• Access to the hotel. Very busy intersection.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Knoxville. It was close to the interstate and the staff was very helpful.”

• Right off the interstate and close to shopping, shuttle that picks up at the hotel for games, free breakfast was great, the game system was awesome.
• The room smelled stale.

“Overall a great experience for a one night stay. The room did smell that was my only problem. Otherwise it was all great!!!!”
