• All the convinces of home.
• Furnace would kick-off and back on 30 seconds later.

“Formally a Residence Inn, the only place I stay if available. This hotel is an exceptional quality. Parking could be improved if your a late night comer. It has all the comforts of home. I highly recommend it to all travelers.”

• Had a kitchen.
• The pull out bed mattress was terrible. It was turned over to cover stains and they are not the kind of mattresses you can turn over.

• It was like we were at home. It was like a studio apartment with a full kitchen and all! It was so comfortable.
• The only thing was that there was crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and dirt on the floor in the bathroom. But it didn't feel dirty.

“This hotel needs a more prominent sign. It is located between a car dealer and a tire shop and is hard to find. The check in procedure is not very welcoming (one signs a warning statement about having a party in the room and about leaving excessive trash) and the lobby is somewhat forbidding. That being said, the rooms are very nice and remind one strongly of Residence Inn rooms. The breakfast is also similar to Residence Inn, but, for reasons which I cannot quite verbalize, the Residence Inn breakfasts are somewhat better.”

• The bathroom for handicapped people was fantastic.
• Can't think of anything.

“We were concerned about finding the place, but we drove right to it with no problem at all. The directions were right on target. Our room was very nice, more than ample, that's for sure. The bathroom was a wonderful surprise. Even a fireplace, which we didn't need with all of the outdoor heat. But nice to know it was there. The lady who checked us in was very helpful. She was my saving grace, because my leg was not working as I had hoped it would. Due to her diligence, I didn't have to walk far at all.”

• The room was filthy and falling apart.

“Good breakfast location and price. Extremely poor room, dirty, broken closet, leaking faucet, no coffee pot, filthy carpet, scary dark and unlit entry to room. Decent location and breakfast and nice staff make it a possible decent stay in future if the owners invest heavily to upgrade the rooms and entry lighting.”

“The hotel property was in very bad shape, very outdated. I had no real issue with inside the room, but overall the property was in very bad shape. Stairwells, paint and outside maintenance were enough to make me not want to stay. I also had an issue with the clientele, which made me concerned for my vehicle and belongings.”

“The hotel was fine but the first room had gnats flying around and the clothing of someone else left in the closet. The staff was nice and moved our room. The breakfast in the morning was rock hard or watery.”

“The rooms and outside of the buildings are very run-down, with even some potential safety hazards. The pool is extremely small, with limited seating. Housekeeping, for a suite, was incomplete. There was not a complete set of linens for the sofa bed.”

• The room was just right for my wife, son and myself. We were not cramped.
• The cleaning staff was terrible. They smoked before entering the room and made the room stink.

“I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel, with the exception of the cleaning crew. They all smoked and left a stink in the room. I actually saw them smoking before entering my room to clean it and I could smell them after they left. They looked for reasons not to make the beds. For instance, we were at the breakfast bar. They went to clean the room and left a note saying they would not make the beds since my son left his PJ's on the bed. This was at 8 am, we hadn't even left for the day and they were trying to clean our room. They didn't take out any of our empty pizza boxes and they didn't vacuum the entire time we were there. I am very particular as I own my own cleaning company. I wouldn't let these people clean my garage. Other than the cleaning crew we loved the place. We will stay here again, but next time we will complain about the cleaning if it's still as bad as it was this time.”

• The kitchen area seemed to be furnished adequately.
• The window by the door because it would be easy to break in.

“Although the room was very clean, the arrangement of the hotel did not feel secure. Entrances to some of the units were in the back and faced a car dealer's lot. There appeared to be only a young girl on staff in the evening and minimal staffing in the morning. The TV.”

“This place was terrible. It started with no signage at the road. The place appears to be under re-construction. There are large storage trailers and vans jammed with furniture in the parking lot. When I walked into the room, the toilet was leaking and the carpeting was thoroughly soaked. The second room appeared to have had wet carpeting and stunk of mildew or worse. My wife and I had to stay there because no other rooms were available. Overall, the experience was disgusting and totally unacceptable.”

• A little scary, but they were working on improvements.

“It was very hard to find and we had internet maps printed. The desk clerk was nice and competent. Our room had a fully stocked kitchen and eating bar, couch, desk and queen bed. It had a separate sink area and toilet/bath room and what I assumed was a fold out couch. It could have been nice for family stays. The lobby and rooms didn't seem terribly clean. I wouldn't use the tub. Our room was in the back, which was through an outdoor hallway that was a little dark and scary (since we didn't know the area), and was filled with old/broken pieces of furniture. We were just there for a place to sleep until we caught a plane at 4am. It filled that need for a good price. They did seem to be trying, and I assumed the property was under improvement while we were there because of the afore mentioned scattered furniture in the hallways and the dumpsters in the parking lot. All in all, I might use the hotel again for the same purpose if I was feeling tight on money, but I wouldn't pay more than the $40 I paid for my 12 hour stay.”

• Courteous and friendly staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. What more can I ask for?
• The location is hard to find. However, the staff gave us excellent direction to get there.

“This is a small scale hotel. The location is a bit difficult to find. Fortunately the front desk staff was very helpful and gave us excellent direction to get there. I did not like the outside corridor. The room itself is clean, spacious, with full size fridge, microwave, cookware, kitchen sink, and clean bathroom. The breakfast they served was absolutely great. The staff there did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“The only good thing I can say is the hotel was easy to find and affordable. The man at the front desk gave us wrong directions to the room, then the key didn't work. At one in the morning I had to go back to the office four times, leaving the kids standing outside at the room why I kept getting new keys that didn't work and he refused to come help! The room was dirty and outdated.”

• I loved the suite set-up with kitchen facilities.
• My sheets were dirty, no indoor pool.

“The hotel personnel were friendly, polite and accommodating. The kitchen facility was well stocked and convenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. There was no indoor pool, which was disappointing, and my sheets were stained upon arrival; extras were provided. Overall, it suited my needs very well for an overnight visit to University of Dayton.”

• The convenient full kitchen; shower water pressure.

“Comfortable stay. If I am in the area again for more than one night, this is definitely a hotel I would stay in again. It has most of the conveniences of home and the rooms are secluded enough from each other that you don't notice other guests. The social time is a nice idea. Very friendly atmosphere and staff.”

• It needs renovation badly also no where for my children to sleep.

“When we drove up we thought to ourselves "uh oh". It was very run down. The rooms were nice except the pull out couch was twin sized when I was told via phone that they were queen sized. The fireplace was great. Great for extended stays since it had a full kitchen. The carpet was filthy. Some damage. Very nice staff.”

• The exterior of the hotel was in serious need of repairs and updating.

• High speed internet was not very fast.

“The room was very spacious, and was more like an apartment, with all the extras. Everything was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and looked great. The staff was very friendly, and seemed to ask all the right questions and have all the answers we needed. My wife and I were thrilled with this room.”
