• Exemplary customer service.

“I went to Dayton ahead of a blizzard that dumped 14 inches of snow (in order to complete my hospital shifts). The hotel staff had warning and was well prepared for the more-than-usual customers, as well as accommodating my erratic schedule.
”

• Front desk staff and breakfast staff.
• The bed was not that comfortable, nor the pillows.

• The hotel was beautiful and staff was friendly.
• My bed was hard and uncomfortable.

“Traveling for business, I love to find a place to stay that has a comfortable bed. A good night¿s sleep is the most important. This is the only area that this hotel fell short in. Breakfast was great, room was clean and staff was friendly. I would stay with my family.”
