• The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were a definite plus in my estimate.
• Did not care for the jog from 1-85 to the hotel.

• Pillows and sheets were the best Ive ever used.
• No continental breakfast. That would have made it perfect.

“My family and I loved the comfortable beds; from mattresses to linens. The staff was all very helpful and very friendly.”

• Thank You. Was a wonderful stay. The staff here is what all hotels needs too give the guest a great stay. Prompt and Professional and Honestly caring.
• No second floor elevator.

“Thank You. Your Staff is the Best ! Apone arriving I ran into a problem. I had no idea what company's name my wife's reservations where under. Your front desk people where happy too help. They made a few calls and it was handled in moments. Your staff in the entire hotel were very professional and honestly caring. I haven't encountered staff like them in a very long time. Thank you. The absents of an elevator is the only flaw. but yet again your front desk gave my wife and I a ground level room. So once again we thank you Ladies. Being from out of town the dinning and attraction information is very welcome. Breakfast was wonderful. We will be staying again. Thank you all.”

• The rooms were clean.
• A free breakfast is not free at this hotel.

“Overall good. I did call ahead just to make sure about everything. Unfortunately they lied to me. They said the breakfast was free. It cost me 20 bucks for me and my wife to have a bowl of ceral and toast.”

• False statement about the breakfast buffet. However manager did correct the issue. Close to several dining locations, however not easy to get on HWY.
• None.

• No environment for networking. Like a happy hour or continental breakfast.

“Nice staff. Clean. Easy access to freeway. Business hotel sold out every night I was there. Bad neighborhood. It had a pool and hot tub outdoors.”

• Friendly staff nice interior of hotel.
• Neighborhood wasn't good.

“The hotel by itself was good. The surrounding neighborhood was a little creepy. You can't even go to the McDonald's up the street without feeling like you are taking some risk. When I was leaving the hotel attendant said "be safe."”

• Very comfortable bed with quality linens. Good TV and channel selections. Timely cleaning of room.
• Location was in an area that did not seem safe at night. Air freshener used in room was strong on the first day.

“Marriott Courtyards are great value and we use them all the time. The fences, warnings about safety after hours, warnings about removing valuables from the car, and a broken lock on the sliding glass door made us uneasy. The door did have a metal bar to prevent opening. The room was nice and clean. We did not get clean glasses each day and had to reuse/wash them. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was very comfortable.”

• Hotel is in a very marginal part of town; generally unsafe at night.

“Good property, it is in a very unsafe neighborhood. It is the only courtyard I have ever stayed at that had iron gates around the property and for good reason. Jimmy carter blvd. is a very transitional part of town. I know because I live in Atlanta and needed the room to due to renovations at my home that required me to be out of my house for two nights. I was very uncomfortable to lean I had received this location.”

• Room was very comfortable.
• Our room assignment was in the very back of the hotel.

“This hotel was of modest exterior design, located in an upscale business neighborhood, near expressway but without expressway noises. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and provided amenities one would expect of a Marriott Courtyard experience. We were very pleased, slept well, and would utilize again.”

• Clean room, free high speed internet, in room amenities such as coffee maker, iron and board, hair dryer.
• Didn't like not having access to the room's temperature controls (they were controlled remotely). I think ours wasn't operating properly.

“This hotel lived up to the courtyard quality that I¿ve come to expect over the years. The location was convenient to where I had to be, but was a little awkward to get to and from carter boulevard, especially if approaching from the south. We also chose not to purchase the 99 breakfast buffet and instead went to the Denny¿s around the corner. My biggest complaint was that we weren't able to control the room's temperature since it's controlled remotely. But all in all, it was a clean room with free high speed internet, and it was a pleasant stay.”

“Smells bad. Air conditioner sounds like a Mac Truck, (obviously in dire need of repair). Other guests noisy all night, children crying and adults with their parties, I HAD 24 HOURS OF NO SLEEP!!! !”

• Free internet access in the rooms and computer in the lobby to use with internet.
• The second day my key did not work, and I had to go around to the lobby to have it reactivated.

“I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would recommend they get rid of the $8.99 breakfast considering there is a Denny's within a walking distance and get a free continental breakfast.”

• Unprofessional staff and long walk down steep hill from car to hotel.

“Clean hotel. But some of the staff had an unprofessional attitude. The only parking lot for this hotel is up a steep hill, which is not ADA compliance since it has no wheelchair ramp at the sidewalk curb; this is very unusual since the curb appears new. ”

• Rooms were larger than I expected. Front desk staff was very helpful.
• The housekeeper assigned to our room was very surly and did a poor job cleaning the room.

“Overall, the stay was pleasant. As I mentioned above the housekeeper was in a bad mood, I guess and took it out on us. The first day, she didn't even empty our trash. We had ordered Chinese food so the room smelled awful by the time we got back. The second day, I happened to be in there while she was cleaning and it was not a pleasant experience. Other than my encounter with her, the stay was good.”

• Biggest distraction was hotel was under major renovations. Also closet doors usually jammed.

• It was beautiful and extremely convenient and accommodating.
• Nothing one of the best I have stayed in in a long time.

“This hotel did not have much to offer and it was small. I wasnt satisfied with this hotel for the price I paid. The hotel is okay for anyone else but in the past, I have had large hotels with restaurants, escalators, game rooms etc. My son did not have anything to see or do.”

• it didn't have fridge or microwave, also breakfast wasn't free
