• Rooms were larger than I expected. Front desk staff was very helpful.
• The housekeeper assigned to our room was very surly and did a poor job cleaning the room.

“Overall, the stay was pleasant. As I mentioned above the housekeeper was in a bad mood, I guess and took it out on us. The first day, she didn't even empty our trash. We had ordered Chinese food so the room smelled awful by the time we got back. The second day, I happened to be in there while she was cleaning and it was not a pleasant experience. Other than my encounter with her, the stay was good.”

• Location, room size and furnishings, and courtesy breakfast.
• Biggest distraction was hotel was under major renovations. Also closet doors usually jammed.

“Very helpful and accommodating personnel. Great courtesy breakfast. Should be especially nice when renovations are complete.”

• It was beautiful and extremely convenient and accommodating.
• Nothing one of the best I have stayed in in a long time.

“My son and I were visiting a friend in Atlanta and toured Smokey Mountains. It was very accessible and the staff were superb. Thank you so much. It was beautiful and the pool was great.”

“Nicely kept, albiet older motel. Staff is helpful, nice rooms, free wireless, neighborhood is not for night time walks.”

“This hotel did not have much to offer and it was small. I wasnt satisfied with this hotel for the price I paid. The hotel is okay for anyone else but in the past, I have had large hotels with restaurants, escalators, game rooms etc. My son did not have anything to see or do.”

• no free breakfast

“I like the hotel very much. The room is clean and the people are very friendly there. My daughter likes the swimming pool very much. it is also very close to I-85. A good place to stay!”

• it had a nice swimming pool and quite a big bathroom in the room
• it didn't have fridge or microwave, also breakfast wasn't free

“Nice, but I didn't like that 2,5 star hotel doesn't have fridge and microwave in the room.”

• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Crib that they gave us smelled like smoke

“Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful, even looking up and printing out directions for us to a few locations. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.”

• Directions on how to find malls etc. to and from hotel printed on a card.
• Was expecting a complimentary breakfast.
