• Professional staff.
• Stained room carpet and shower curtain.

“I had a good experience, overall. However, more attention should be given to the cleanliness of room carpets and stained shower curtains are unacceptable. Holiday Inn should also consider eliminating germ infested bedspreads.”

• It was located in the nice area, close to food and mall.
• No wireless internet.

• Convenient location to all local amenities.
• Entry to hotel was inconvenient.

“The room and amenities were great, but I was nervous entering and exiting the building since there was a stairwell over the entrance door where someone could hide.”

• The hotel is in a good location.
• The cleaning of the rooms was done late in the evenings if you are staying over for another day.

“The hotel was comfortable and clean when I first arrived, however, I had a problem with the cleaning staff not cleaning the room until late in the evening after 3:00 p.m. The response given was that the check-outs get first preference in having their rooms cleaned first. The cleaning staff was about to leave when I called asked why the room had not been cleaned.”

• It was very convenient to the places I needed to go while in Albany.
• The room had not been dusted or vacuumed.

“The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt safe at this hotel.”

• The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and professional.
• The elevator was out of order.

“All of the hotel went out of their way to be helpful and to make my stay a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping malls and restaurants. The rooms were very clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find such accommodations at a Holiday Inn. I would come back and recommend it to my friends and co-workers.”
