“This is a nice, well-maintained economy hotel with a kitchenette in all rooms. It's not fancy, but quite functional, and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.”

- It was very nice, I enjoyed the wireless internet most of all.
- I cant, I was 100 percent satisfied.

- It's cheap, but still there is cheaper hotel near it.
- The cleanness of the hotel and no room service.
“When I saw the hotel form outside, it's looked good. But when I stayed for awhile and read the policy, there is not room service. We have to get the towel, toilet paper, and take out the garbage by you.”

“I dont like this hotel, I only like to stay at the Studio Plus hotel in Peachtree corners which is down the street. This specific hotel has too many younger crowds hanging out at this hotel all the time all night long.”

- The hotel has the feeling of home.
- There wasn't any coffee in the room. I requested some coffee and didn't receive it.

- Manager was very rod. Threaten to throw me out hotel because she got frustrated about not knowing what internet dials-up was.
“The manager was very rude, need anger management, the bath room and cooking area was very dirty (mirrors, floor and tub was not clean). The fridge was knocking and making loud noise all day. When I called, no-one never showed up for my entire 4 day stay. I called and asked for a non-smoking room, they told me twice I am in the non smoking part of the building, yet my room was filled the smell of smoke when I checked in. When I called the front office twice, no one didn't show up. ”

- The ability to stay cook, and stay in on any given day.
- The receptionist was on the phone for 10 minutes while I waited to be confirmed.
“My stay was excellent. However, the only part of the whole experience that was distasteful was the receptionist on the day of check out. She was on the phone, on a personal call when I arrived, and I had to stand there and wait for her to get off the phone before she would get me checked in. I find this to be highly unprofessional for the service provided. She didn't acknowledge my presence, or tell me she would be with me in a moment. More so, if the call had been so important, she should have put the individual on hold, and attended to me, and then go back to the call.”

- Cleanliness was very poor. Room looked dilapidated.
“It was awful room felt like an old 1970s hotel that had not been updated. Even the remote control buttons were worn out. I stayed because it was too late to go else where. My initial thought was to hurry to sleep so the night would be over and I could leave. The mold in the shower was inexcusable for a hotel. They dont deserve a star. Stay away from this one.”

- Very unfriendly, unprofessional staff after 11 pm.
- Did not get help until 12.30 am, when I was not able to open my 3rd room (had booked three rooms). Person on desk refused to walk with me and open the.
“Did not get help until 12.30 am (midnight), when I was not able to open my 3rd room (had booked three rooms). Person on desk refused to walk with me and open the door. I was asked to go back and stand in from on the room whose door was not opening for almost 1 hr. I have to move all my family members to other 2 rooms only. 3 room was opened around 12:30 am (midnight) with by giving very bad gesture and body language, as if it was my fault. I am never ever going to book this hotel or will recommend any one. If this is what they offer.”

“First of all, it is not called Hometown Inn. It is Extended Stay America. I didn't receive a key to my room until 2am. I was basically locked inside by room until then. Night attendant left a key to my room inside the lock overnight-anybody could have just walked inside my room. I was lucky I didn't get robbed or murdered.”

- The young lady who check me in was so helpful.
- The name I was given was not them new name of the hotel. I drove around in circles for over an hour trying to find the silly hotel!

- Provided dishes and silverware.
- Management and staff was rude and did not even attempt to meet the customers needs, were told that we had to upgrade" and pay additional for non-smoking.
“I will never frequent this hotel again. I was very disappointed by the terrible customer service from the management and staff. I was given smoking room even after I specifically stated that I did not want one. The clerk completed my check-in and handed my keys to me, and did not ever state that she had booked me for a smoking room anyway. The room was average, the shower door had a one inch gap at the bottom, so when taking a shower, water poured out from the bottom onto the floor. The cabinets had screws for handles sticking out but there were no handles. The room smelled of cigarettes (which irritates my sinuses) and so did the furniture and linens. The cable reception was poor and not clear at all.”

- Staff was friendly.
- If you lock yourself out of this room do not expect to get back into until 0800 the next morning. I tried.
“The hotel room was perfect in it's layout but was in need of a lot of maintenance. You could see daylight when looking at the heat pump. The light switch by the bed for the lights by the bed was worn out. Light in the Kitchen area over the stove. I would stay here again. It is just a very old room and hotel.”

- The customer service staff was timely and friendly.
- The vandalism and attempted theft of my vehicle on their premises.
“The hotel offers all the comforts of home except an iron and ironing board, the showers are full of mold, and the refrigerator leaks occasionally. The closets are out in the open with no privacy for personal things. I suggest they renovate like their sister hotel in Norcross at 200 Lawrenceville St. Norcross, GA 30071 that was the best hotel I have ever stayed at before Jimmy Carter.”
