• The flat screen TV was a definite plus.

• Pleasant and helpful staff, big TV, plenty of room for family.
• Presently remodeling lobby. Gave us keycard to occupied room to start with.

“The Staff was friendly. They made a mistake and gave us the keycard to an occupied room to start with (thankfully no one was there, just luggage), but they quickly made it right. Nice free breakfast with plenty of selections. 42"HD TV very nice but very limited channels. Two queen beds and fold out couch was plenty of room for my family. Very pretty decor. I would stay there again anytime. Great Value.”

• Comfortable beds.
• It was undergoing reconstruction and the entrance was dirty & dusty.

“Seeing that the hotel was undergoing reconstruction, I guess the stay was adequate. I've stayed at hotel Places before and it was fabulous. The only real complaint was that the front desk staff seemed ill trained.”

• It has more than met our needs and the price was excellent
• There was some remodeling going on, but it didn't bother us

• Upgraded/new room w/42" TV.
• No business center; poor wireless connection; fax broken.

“For the most part the staff was very friendly and recognized you by name (except one who was downright rude). The facility is under heavy construction, so there are no restaurants. Wireless connection was very poor - frequently slow and/or dropping connection; their is no business center and the main fax machine was broken!”

• New decorated, nice bed.
• Wireless internet.

“Nicely remodeled Amersuites. Nice room, bed and 42 inch plasma TV. In room coffee was poor as was the coffee in the lobby. Prefer to have wired DSL/cable internet in addition to the wireless which I was not able to get to work.”

• Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly.
• Limited parking due to construction equipment.

“This is a very nice place to stay. Easy access to Interstates and Marta station. Good location for a base in Atlanta; not right in town but with easy access and necessary amenities nearby. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Shower water was adequately hot. AC worked okay.
• Bed sucked.

“I called the hotel to find out about bed size and smoking preference. I was informed that the confirmation was confirmed for a king bed and non smoking room. However on day of arrival, found out at check-in that manager had placed us in a handicap room that contained only 1 double bed. Management did not resolve the issue. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.”

• The suites were nice, much better than I expected.
• I Can't think of anything.

“This hotel was very nice but I considered the check in waiting time just to get to the desk to be a little long. In their defense, I must say there was a line. I think may be adding an additional staff member may be a great idea.”
