• Breakfast and pool were good.
• Double beds were small.

“Though our bathroom light was not working properly the hotel staff took care of it. Bathroom and room were in good shape and well kept.”

• The lobby and breakfast was great.
• The room was not very clean at all.

“The room was very unclean and had a very unpleasant smell to it. The staff seemed pretty friendly but I will not be returning back to it.”

• Definitely the pool and hot tub, also a good breakfast and cordial employees.
• Really, just the mildew smell of the room.

“The rooms need to be renovated a bit and redone where needed. The experience on the whole was good!”

• Shopping mall was attached. Beds were upgraded.

• The staff was pleasant and helpful.
• The room had spots of mold on the walls and spiders on the ceilings.

• The bed was so comfortable.
• Had to get a password to log on the Internet.

“I liked the fact that the hotel was connected to a mall. I was able to shop and walk around with out worry. Most of the time I stay in my room when I travel for business. I did not have to do that this time. Great service. Comfortable bed.”

• Very accessible.
• Front deck clerks were much more interested in people on the phone than those in the lobby.

“We found that the room was not very clean, especially when we pulled out the fold out couch. The remote control in the room wasn't even the same brand as the TV and therefore would not work.”

• Needs larger sign, set back off road, hard to see.

“It cost more than I wanted. However, it was a clean friendly staff. Had a pool. I will recommend. Hotel needs better sign age (larger) as it's set well back from the road in a shopping complex area.”

• Bath linens weren't real soft.

• Loud men living next door to me.

• 24 hour availability of the pool and the whirlpool.
• Too close to a railroad mainline.

“The facilities were great. I didn't realize how many trains went past in a night before this stay. That is just something for others to be aware of. The value and the facilities were exactly as expected.”

• The hotel did not lose power like everything else around it.
• We could hear the person in the next room having a conversation on the telephone.

“The toilet would not flush properly. The new air conditioning unit was laying on the floor, next to where it was supposed to be in the wall.”

“I was happy with the hotel. It was clean, roomy and the desk clerks were friendly. I was satisfied with the breakfast that was available. I would stay there again when in Piqua.”
