• Nothing.
• The room, the sheets and bedspread stunk.

“I will not ever stay at another knights in again . The mattress were very uncomfortable and they need new ones. They need better housekeeping.”

• Location.
• Everything except location.

“Room, hallways and parking lot was a real mess. Trash everywhere, very noisy, bed was uncomfortable. Sink didn't work and leaked. Walls and painting was terrible. Took a long time to get checked in.”
