• Nothing at all.

“I was truly impressed with the customer service of this hotel. The room was VERY clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable I called the front desk to ask how to get one! Truly beautiful room, I forgot I was in Atlanta!”

• This hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.
• It is a little far out, but worth the drive for the price.

“This hotel is an excellent family stay. They have a very nice indoor pool, which our kids loved, the rooms were clean and the beds were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for people with or without kids, we never heard a peep out of our neighbors. They had three weddings the weekend we were there, but you never would have known it. I reserved two rooms and I called the hotel and requested double beds in both rooms and adjoining rooms. Even though they had a lot of guest, my request was still fulfilled. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend it.”

• Extremely comfortable mattress in a really clean room. Didn't have time for the pool - but it looked very inviting.
• I didn't like our lack of time - wish we had longer to linger.

“This was one of the top 2 or 3 cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been in! The mattress was so comfy. The pool looked inviting, but alas we had no time to swim. I kept thinking we were at a 4-star Hyatt rather than a 3-star Marriott - an excellent value.”

• I loved the bedding clothes and the bed itself was very comfortable.
• I did not like that room service does not have extended hours on the weekend.

“Overall the hotel was very nice. The king suite bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in any hotel. The only complaint I would have would be the family that was in the room next to mine. The children were not well-behaved and kept beating on the walls all during the night and early morning.”

• Wonderful bed pretty.

“This was out of the way for someone that doesn't know Atlanta well. We got lost and didn't like that. The room was very nice. I was impressed. No wake up call a bummer.”

• Frank, the manager, allowed us to keep our small dog in the room with us.

• Our room was very comfortable and nicely set up for our stay.
• Really my only complaint was the bathroom sink did not drain sufficiently.

• This hotel had a beautiful lobby and restaurant, with a nice little store for convenience items.
• It was a little hard to find if you don't know the area. The sign is hidden by some bushes.

“The Marriott Atlanta Norcross was a solidly 3 star hotel. It had a beautiful lobby and our room was very pretty. The chair and ottoman in the room was nice for relaxing and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, and you couldn't maneuver around in there with the door open. The staff were extremely friendly at all times, saying hello every time we walked through the lobby. There are many restaurants nearby, although they would be difficult to walk to due to the roads all being divided four lane highways. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped workout room. The pool and hot tub were inside, with panels that opened to the outdoors in pleasant weather. Free parking was plentiful and convenient.”

• It wasn't exactly close to the location I needed to be, but apparently it was your closest available.

“The person at the check-in counter was quite incompetent. It could have been that he was new??? The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. I wish the pool was open for later hours. It was a great experience.”

• room had not been cleaned, restaurant service was poor, food mediocre

“Not a good rating. Other Marriott stays have been great, but this one stunk. We arrived well after checkin time, went to our room to find it just the way the previous night's occupant left it. We were moved to another room and given 2 free drinks for the inconvenience (a dinner would have been more appropriate). Big deal. Restaurant service was very slow, staff barely spoke english, food was mediocre. WAY overpriced for the quality. Internet service was an extra $10. SHOULD HAVE COME WITH THE PRICE OF THE ROOM. All in all, a very upsetting and unenjoyable stay. Not your usual Marriott, to say the least.”

• The front desk staff that we dealt with was fantastic, and the heated pool and hot tub area was marvelous
• They only had down pillows in the room and I am not a fan, but the wife loved them

“Can't say enough about how good the front desk employees were, especially the night crew. Wonderful indoor pool area and workout facility, overall appearance was a little dated, but they are currently renovating to fix that. Overall a fantastic stay, We will definitely visit this hotel again.”
