• Clean large room with the bonus of a sofa sleeper in an alcove.

“Convenient to the Dayton Mall; exceptionally friendly front desk personnel; Good value! Excellent complimentary breakfast that included hard boiled eggs and bacon one morning and waffles and/or sausage gravy and biscuits another day, in addition to the usual fare.”

• Stayed here before. Place has been done over. In much better condition.
• Small bathroom.

• The staff served our every need, extra towels, pillow cases, etc.
• Bathroom was not clean, bedside light did not work, and a dirty blanket keeping a storage closet door open beside swimming pool for two straight days.

“Not a great place to stay with a family of six. With a little attention to some safety and cleanliness issues, this hotel would be okay for business or overnight stays.”

“Hotel was easily accessible from the highway, also inside. It was clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. All-around good value.”

“Nice except for the a/c not working well. Turned it down to 65 degrees and was still hot and sweaty.”

• Very clean, convenient, comfortable beds.
• There was an intense smell of manure in the parking lot under the trees.

“Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were also pleased with the complimentary breakfast. The only thing we'd suggest changing is maybe switching the type of dirt used to plant flowers in the parking lot. The smell flowed inside the hotel lobby.”
