• The pool was great and the location of the hotel is secluded but close to shopping and restaurants!
• To get back to the highway, the exit takes you away from the highway.

• Great location and lots of nice restaurants nearby.
• Hairs on the bathroom floor, the maid must have forgotten to sweep.

“Room had nice bedding and a balcony. Pool was nice, but a little bit cold at first. Our son was used to the temp in no time. Hottub very hot, I could only stay in it 10 minutes tops.”

• The bed was awesome.
• There was no continental breakfast.

“The motel was very nice. The location was perfect. The only issue was that there was no continental breakfast. The bed was amazingly comfortable. A broader choice of cable channels would have been nice but we didn't spend much time watching TV.”

• Were able to move all our family to 1 side of courtyard & did so graciously.
• Too few luggage carts.

“The front desk staff was extremely accommodating in moving various family members rooms
to one side of the courtyard, so that we could easily visit back & forth. Will definitely be back when in the area!”

• Around mid night there was a lot of noise from seemingly drunk people that went on way to long into the night.

• The rooms were spacious and very clean.
• There was not a refrigerator to keep water and sodas cold.

“I was very pleased with the location, cleanliness and staff at the hotel. We had a fairly long trip and were tired upon our arrival, check in was easy and the staff was helpful and pleasant.”

• We know we can expect a decent room. We did enjoy the patio.
• The man at the front desk was not very friendly.

• In a tree lined section but close to our visits and a mall.
• Trees blocked the sign, missed the entrance first time.

“Check in went smooth. Room was good. Parking was good. Food was good, reasonable price. Courteous staff. Close to places we wanted to visit.”

• Large comfortable room, well laid out and very clean.
• Tough to find, not visible from the interstate or the major street leading up to it.

• Staff not helpful. Locked out of room twice. Surprise charges on bill.

“Nice room, though no fridge/ micro in room for 1 week stay. No signs that breakfast buffet was charge, though it looks like standard free buffet setup. Surprise! A waitress shows up out of nowhere and says she will bring the check. Other guests had same problem. Got locked out of room at noon two days when computer deactivated room key and they were too lazy to correct it. 1st time full load of groceries in hand, second time pouring rain when I had to go around exterior of hotel to front desk.”

• The room was neat and clean.
• The desk staff was slow and not at all friendly. It was a turn off as soon as you walk in.

“Out side of the desk clerk larry he was not at all friendly and was borderline rude. The room was clean and well kept. There were wet towels around the pool the night before and still there the next morning. The "free coffee station" advertised in the room was not maintained. Also the hotel only offered wired internet.”

“Very quiet and relaxing. Whirlpool was good, exercise room was good. The only drawback was that I was awakened in the morning by the man next door getting ready, coughing, etc. Could hear quite clearly.”

• The front staff was excellent and the beds were great.
• The breakfast was very expensive and not very good.

“The service was awesome. The rooms were very big and very comfortable. The only drawback was that everything costs money including a local phone call at $.75/each. I DO NOT recommend the breakfast. It is very expensive and not very good food! Other than that, the experience was good and the atmosphere was wonderful.”

• Staff was rather rude to us. Laid about availability of king size bed.

“This hotel was okay, but still seemed old even though upgrades had been done. We asked if it were possible to switch to a king size bed, and they said there weren't any available. However, when I checked online there were still plenty available. It seemed like they treated us poorly because we got such a good rate. They were also rude when we asked if breakfast was included. I think I'd stay here again.”

• It has a very good location, was clean and neat and the beds were comfortable.
• I always like a free breakfast. This is always a plus for a traveler and this hotel lacked that.

“Clean, comfortable hotel. Very heavy traffic area. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Excellent work area with poor internet service. I prefer a hotel with a breakfast area.”

“Well I like most Marriott chain; however, this was probably my least favorite stay. This hotel had very little "ambience." It was clean and neat but not much else.”

• The hotel attendant volunteered to help me carry up my wedding dress to the 2nd floor.
• Charged me too much for local and cell phone calls.

“Only stayed in the room for a few hours while getting ready for my wedding. Slept only so cannot really review thoroughly.”

• It had plenty of room to set up my play pen for my daughter to sleep in.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely pleasant, and the room was spacious. My husband and I took our 9 month old baby with us and we had plenty of room to set up her play pen and she was still far enough away from us that we did not bother her after she went to sleep. We didn't know how it would all work but it turned out great.”
