• Clean and quiet location.
• Some prankster knocking my door and calling the room phone at night.

“When I had the no disturb sign on the door someone banged the door twice and ran away. Also someone called my room twice when I was asleep. Called the lobby to check whether they had called and they replied no. Decent hotel and the location looked decent too. Stayed at the hotel for a single night so wont be the right person to give a detailed review.”

• Nice, quiet, clean.
• No hand towels, though perhaps related to Atlantas drought.

“A multi story hotel on the north east edge of Atlanta conveniently located on a major artery. Clean, well kept, and modern. Quiet. Parking lot is dimly lit at night, but no security problems.”

• The beds are rather nice.
• It needed some minor painting or updating for the luxury status of the outside and lobby to match room upkeep. Old paint and a/c guards.

• Had amenities in room hair dryer, coffee maker, internet, iron & ironing board, cable, movies on demand.
• Lots of dust bunnies under beds.

“This hotel is classy and comfy. You sink right in the bed and will find some amenities in the rooms. They have both indoor and outdoor pools and a fitness room. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area as well.”

• Did not meet my expectations to cleanliness.

“The motel is located close to restaurants, shopping, and allows easy access to most areas of Ft. Wayne. It was quiet but did not meet my expectations as to cleanliness and furnishings. The furniture, mattress and bed clothes were very dated and the housekeeping needs to be scrutinized more by the supervisors. More attention to cleaning in corners and along the walls would be appreciated as well as spraying a nice room freshener.”

• I really liked the room. My husband and I have stayed at this location twice for hour anniversary. It is really convenient to shopping.
• We were really frustrated with the front office staff on duty the day we arrived as she was not able to provide appropriate directions.

• Outside appearance only.
• Did not like to see mold growing in the grout lines in the shower and the room was fairly small for a hotel of its rating.

“It was a fairly cold environment with not much appeal in deco. It had been remodeled but some of the old amenities were poorly done. Such as tile surrounds were not replaced. Also there was wall paper falling off of the wall in corners. The TVs were outdated.”

• By far the nicest in the area.
• There air vents were very dirty in the bathrooms.

• The hotel staff was polite and helpful.
• Dirty bathroom (disgusting) peeling wallpaper, $1 local phone calls.

“The first impression of this hotel is great. Once in the room though the bathroom was disgusting. There were pubic and regular hairs in the tub as well as so much dirt on the shower wall it could be scraped off with your finger nail. The wallpaper was peeling in the room. Definitely not what I expected or paid for.”

• Exact location I needed. Very nice staff. Clean.
• I was assigned a smoking room!

“Since the hotel was booked full, I was assigned a smoking room. My rating would have been higher otherwise. The room was clean and spacious, but you just can't overcome that smell.”

“Hotel is in a great location. When we got there the desk help was less than helpful. Since we got our rooms at a "discounted" rate they wouldnt give us non smoking rooms even though they were available. So we had to smell like smoke and my wifes asthma flared up.”

• Nothing the worst experience I ever had.
• The tub was peeling, the hallway was noisy, and you could hear the people in the next room. We just wanted to relax and talk.

“The staff at check in was really nice and efficient. Check out however was totally different. Maybe it was due to a shift change. I expected more from a Hilton hotel. I would give this one no more than 2 stars.”

• Nothing special about the rooms from other 3 star hotels. Pay extra for lobby.

• It was clean and quiet. We were not at the hotel except to sleep. But it was comfortable and quiet.
• When they redid the rooms, they could have either replaced the doors or painted them. They needed something.

“This was a nice quiet hotel. Even though there were lots of kids staying there, you wouldn't know except if you ran into them in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• We had a room on the 9th floor which the view was beautiful!
• Hotel had a family reunion. Too many kids in pool area not supervised.

• The last room I got.
• The first two rooms I got the all night party on my floor.

“Upon check in (11:00 p.m.), we were given a room that was under construction, we went back to the front desk, and we were then given a room with a non-functional air conditioner that also was very smelly. At about 12:00 a.m. we finally got a room that was not under construction, was cool, and did not stink (hooray!). However, the next night we were on the same floor as an all night party, so obviously we still did not sleep well. I will never stay at any Hilton property again, perhaps Paris Hilton's poor behavior has finally filtered down to the Hilton hotel chain and what was once reprehensible is now acceptable.”

• The staff was courteous and helpful at all times.
• The housekeeping staff did not clean the bathroom well. Front desk staff had to come in and clean up the hair off the floors.

“The staff had good customer service as well as helpful with sites around Atlanta. However, I guess due to the housekeeping staff being understaffed, our bathroom was not cleaned to par (hair being left on the floor in both rooms). The first room we stayed in, the AC didn't work so we kept on taking the covers off at night.”

• The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was also nice.
• There was a party going on in the main ballroom, which we had to walk by to get to our room. Everyone was staring and it made us feel uncomfortable.

“This hotel is located in a convenient area, about 25 minutes from Atlanta. There was shopping and restaurants located nearby. The room was also clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was overall a nice room. But, the hotel was not what I expected for a Hilton. When we checked in, there was a party of some kind going on in the ballroom. I realize that there is nothing that could have been done about that, but the doors were open and you had to walk by there to get to the elevators that take you to your rooms. Everyone was staring and it made us feel out of place. It was also very noisy throughout the night. When we checked in, there was no crib in the room. I then went to the front desk and asked for one. They said they would try to find one. I then asked if there was a luggage cart that we could use to bring in our bags. They said yes, but it was the only one they had and asked if we would bring it right back after we were done. We had to struggle to even get the cart in, no one would even hold the door, and we couldn't pull up front, because that is where the important guests were unloading for the party that was taking place. I never did get a crib, so the next night I asked again. I was told that if they had one, it would be placed in the room while we were out for dinner. When we returned, still no crib. So my son had to sleep with us, again. The next morning as we were leaving, there was a play pin sitting outside our door. They never knocked to let us know that they had found one. And, a play pin is far from a crib.”

“Overall, my stay was ok, I just looked at my bank statement and the hotel charged me again, so now I need to handle that. The grounds at the hotel werent kept. The front door very nasty. The food was great and the staff was wonderful.”

• Clean and comfortable and very hospitable.
• Had some very noisy guests next to us at 1 in the morning. To tired to complain.

“Overall it is a nice hotel. Only problems we had was a one small stain (washed) on the comforter and some noisy neighbors from a convention/wedding. Staff was very attentive and fast to respond to anything. Definitely would stay again.”

• Hotel was elegant but not too formal. Staff was very hospitable and eager to please. Air conditioned pool area was a plus (indoor/outdoor pool).
• Minor cleanliness issue in the bathroom.

“We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is in a nice location and is close to several eating places and attractions. The staff was prompt and friendly in responding to any needs.”

• It was impressive. I booked rooms for 10 people and they were all pleasantly surprised with the value.
• Two of the 4 rooms I booked did not have washcloths and we didn't think to check before bedtime.

“Great place. The only problem was that there was a lot of "partying" going on by other guests long into the night, and we could hear this in our room. I would avoid staying at this place on weekends.”

• The room was a nice size and set up.
• The hotel just seemed very old and dirty and the one thing that bothered me the most was the overbearing smell of smoke everywhere.

• The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
• Somewhat far from interstates.

“Nice restaurant, expensive hotel bar. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool that you can swim under a glass wall and go from indoors to out. Best three stat hotels I have stayed at. Ac took a while to cool room. We almost gave up looking for it; it was so far off the interstate.”
