• The grounds and hotel were neat and clean.
• It is a bit removed from shopping. You need a car.

“Hotel is worth staying at for a 3 star level. Neat, clean and organized. The staff was prompt and friendly. I would stay again.”

• Rooms were typical size for standard hotel, but was very clean and nicely decorated. Kids loved the pool and spa. Breakfast was wonderful each day.
• Food was a little pricy, but standard for what I expect from hotel.

“Overall was quite pleased with the hotel. In great location, very close to Ga-400 and many nice places to eat and shop. Very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

• The decor was current, They paid attention to green issues.
• No engineer on weekend to help with flashing light in bathroom.

• The flat screen TV.
• The night time staff was horrible.

“Overall, the hotel was great. Spacious, comfortable bed, but the night shift was horrible. I checked in early just enough to drop my bags off, I came back late evening and my television wasn't working. Then I called the front desk and the woman refused to give me a new room.”

• Close to where I needed to be, upscale, but not luxurious.
• The beds could be more comfortable.

“Good northern suburban Atlanta location, close to restaurants, shops, and corporate campuses. Clean, but not flashy. Reasonably priced. The only semi-complaint would be that the mattresses could be upgraded.”

• The desk clerk was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful upon check-in.
• Not terribly convenient to the Interstate.

“Very nice quality room, clean, attractive, and extremely comfortable beds. The desk clerk upon check-in was WONDERFULLY helpful which is a welcome change from many desk clerks. The only drawback at all (and it's a small one) is location, but I easily give it two thumbs up all in all.”

• The hotel was easy to find, spacious, clean and inviting atmosphere.
• The nearby area did provide much in the way of shops and restaurants.

“I thought this was a bargain as the hotel met my expectations of any 3 star hotels. It was clean, open, spacious, and easy to find. The front desk was friendly. The location was near enough to my destination and with help from the registration personnel I found my way with their directions and map.”

• Clean, coffee provided, located close to exp.way.
• Staff wasn't warm, coffee wasn't always ready and staff wouldn't make any.

“It served our purpose. We were there visiting friends and it was near their house. Beds were a little small. They seemed smaller than a full. TV was grainy. Overall, it was a nice experience. Kids loved the pool.”

• Location to Gwinnett Center.
• Hot tub had too much chlorine. My daughter & I got in for only 15 minutes and when we got out both of our swim suits were bleached & ruined.

“We very much enjoyed our stay except for the hot tub experience. The night manager said they would pay for our swim suits but I have never heard back from him verifying they are mailing us a check. That was a huge disappointment. Very friendly staff. Room was clean & nice.”

• Nice hotel for the price.
• The pillows were terrible, they gave us 2 double beds instead of queen or king like requested, TV was a pain to operate.

• Lobby was bright and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Honestly the only thing was that the TV channels were difficult to change.

“My wife and I had stayed in another hotel, at a similar rate, the night before and the comparison was not even close. Everything from the lobby, staff, to the room was excellent. It was a great quality environment for my wife.”

• I liked the spacious room I had and that everything was neat and very clean.
• I did not like the staff. They were not that friendly and one had the nerve to be watching a football game instead of doing her job.

“The hotel itself was in a good location. It was very clean and offered nice accommodations. The staff was not very friendly and one lady was not answering the phone because she was watching a football game. When I came in she asked if I was checking in, I said no and she said "good because I am in the middle of this game and the score is."”

• The front lobby and its fireplace was a nice place to relax on a Saturday morning.
• The mattress was way to soft, left my back aching all day.

“This hotel was a great value for what we spent. The hotel is located in a business park setting and would not be a great location for someone looking to be close to a lot of amenities. However, for the value this hotel is an excellent stay over a weekend.”

• It was a great location. Convenient to lots of rest. & stores.
• Very, very small pool and the work out room was small as well and too close to the pool area. The hot tub was dirty.

“The kids did not swim, because of the size of the pool. I did not exercise, because it was located next to the pool and smelled too strongly of chlorine Also, the hot tub was not clean. The staff was nice and helpful with directions and accommodations when asked.”

• The hotel was nice and clean. The flowers in the lobby were beautiful as well as the landscaping around the building.
• They didn't have a roll away bed for us to use.

• Common areas and rooms very clean. Many choices for breakfast.
• At check-in they did not assign us to a room that matched our reservations.

“The hotel is in very nice area north of Atlanta. The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, although the front desk clerk at check-in was not a native to the area and could not help with driving directions. Upon arrival, we were assigned to a room that did not have a pull-out sofa as reserved. The staff promptly got us another appropriate room. The only really bad event that happened during out stay was at 1:30 A.M. on Sunday morning when an intoxicated person pulled the fire alarm and the hotel required evacuation. Although the staff had no control over this event, they could have offered at least a concession on breakfast or even provided the breakfast complimentary. I believe the fire alarm event is an anomoly and not indicative of 99% of the nights at this hotel. I would recommend the hotel.”

“Very comfortable room, friendly staff, disappointed that no room service on weekends. Like the movies which you can rent on the TV. Fitness equipment works nicely, pool very cold, hot tub great temp, but needs cleaning.”

• The people on my floor were extremely loud!!

“The hotel was Outstanding, except for the people who stayed there. There was a couple across the hall on there honeymoon, rose pedals were scattered all along the hallway. That really didn't bother me, I was very happy for them! But other customers were loud and obnoxious all night long. People were running through the hallways at 3 am in the morning. The only other problem I had was a knocking noise in the room. Every ten minutes we would hear a sound like somone was knocking on the door with a knife. My girlfriend went to the door because she thought someone was there.I still highly recommend this hotel I believe that I went to the hotel at a bad time. ”

• The business center, deli and spa w/in walking distance.
• No complaints at all.

“This is primarily a business use hotel so for our weekend stay it was wonderful. The place was practically deserted. The room was very nice, staff was helpful and the business center provided access to a computer with internet access. The deli across the street (within walking distance) was delicious and the Spa across the street was wonderful as well. Great quiet location for a weekend stay.”
