• The employees were very friendly, it was quiet.
• The halls looked nice, but the rooms looked cheap, hard bed.

“Our room smelled very badly of smoke, and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bed was very hard. The sheets came off when you sat on it, and the comforter didn't look like it had been washed in a long time. I didn't sleep well at all.”

• Needs updating and some repairs, but clean with a friendly staff
• Bathroom ceiling looked like it might collapse

• The Rooms smells like a dirty old musty man.

“It's and older hotel. Decent quality. Kind of dingy on the inside. I do like the fact that it has refrigerators and microwaves in some of the rooms. That's a big plus.”

• Everything was excellent about this hotel--it was clean, hotel staff friendly, above my expectations for a 2 star hotel!

“I was a little leary, as this was a 2-star hotel and not a "name brand" hotel. But the room was nice, very clean, all of the staff was very nice and helpful, very good continental breakfast. Great experience and more than I expected!”

• Great parking for trailers and excellent breakfast
• Beds were a bit soft/worn dated exterior look

• This hotel attracts noisy guests.

“The Wellesley Inn South Dayton is in a pretty good location. It is just minutes from the highway and shopping areas. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the hotel service was great. The rooms look like they have been updated in the last few years and overall this is a good hotel for the money. My only complaint is that because it is a cheaper hotel, it also attracted larger groups (sports teams, youth groups, etc) and it is quite noisy.”

• When reservation got turned around, staff made it fixed right away.
• That they got the reservation of a Non-Smoking room mixed up. The hotel was not booked up.

“The hotel was suffice for my needs of privacy and a good night's rest and a pleasant stay. However, the location to my place of work in South Dayton was a half hour inconvenience. Other than that, I had a good stay. ”

• good price, rooms clean
• No internet, no pool, found mold in bath tub and ceiling

• Older facility, no high speed wireless internet

“Not up to par with you other 2* motels. This is mostly due it being an older building and it shows it age.”

• daughter had reserved a crib, but it was not available

“Enjoyed our stay of three nights there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not like the cigarette smoke that was near the front door as the desk clerk would stand outside and smoke on break.”

• The location was good as it was near several major roads and lots of shops and restaurants.
• We had ants in our bathroom.

“The hotel was exactly what we needed. It was close to things, but you did have to drive to get to restaraurants and shops. But, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was nice and offered several helpful suggestions in response to our inquiries. They were also quick to fix any issues we had.”

“The Wellesley Inn in Miamisburg was not only a very nice hotel and in a good location, it also had the nicest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. They alerted me to bad weather coming into the area, recommended a GREAT restaurant and answered all my questions about the area. I will be coming back to this hotel!”
