• Staff was friendly.
• Very noisy, old and run down, very damp.

“This hotel is okay for a price, but is somewhat run down - there are other much nicer hotels in Tallahassee. I've stayed her twice once in 2005. I was told the hotel had been renovated since then. I didn't see any difference at all from my first stay.”

• Location close to Florida A&M University.
• Parking is bad! Hotel is located next to Appleby's finding a parking space is terrible.

• Very dirty through out the whole hotel, with very bad smell.

“The hotel is in very bad shape. We had to moved to another room because the smell was so bad. The room smelled. Please do not use this hotel.”

• Check in hotel clerk was rude, rest were very nice.

• No way is this a 2 1/2 star hotel compared to the other 2 1/2 in the area.

“The lobby is a half floor up from the elevator and if you are disabled you need special assistance to ride a half-assed semi elevator down to get the regular elevator. Breakfast is served in a hall next to the check in desk. Restaurant is under construction. The room smelled like must/mold. The AC was either hot or freezing. I will never stay here again even for $25.00. No way was it worth compared to other 2 1/2 star hotels in the area--Comfort Suites, Residence Inn by Marriott, Doubletree, etc. There are no 3 star or high hotels in Tallahassee and no way is this one a 2 1/2, or the best the city ahs to offer.”

• Receptionist was awesome.
• Restaurant was completely gutted for renovation.

“Hallway carpet needs replacing, room was adequate. Pool needs resurfacing immediately.”

“The hotel was good except I could not check in till 3 for a room that I had already paid for I was attending a game that started at 3.”
