• Excellent clean room, pillow top beds, great friendly staff and nice bar.
• I could not find anything wrong with the hotel.

“I am a business executive that lives in Atlanta during the week and go home on the weekends. This is an excellent hotel for anyone. I am thankful I quit renting an apartment and stay here now. Great comfortable bed, clean room, great bar, and friendly staff.”

• The room decor.
• The bathroom was not clean enough.

“I was very impressed with the set up and overall comfort of the room and pleasantly surprised by the price considering this upscale location. I will definitely return.”

• The service of the staff exceeded my expectations!
• The pool closed too early.

“Overall I give an A+, The room was well decorated and the service of staff was excellent. For example, I came in one night and had a midnight snack that needed heating up(I had forgot that the room did not have a microwave). The young lady at the desk kindly took my food and went into the kitchen and heated it up for me, putting it on a plate.”

• Really sweet plasma TV. yay!
• Directions to pool area not present.

“While the hotel was a solid half hour away from downtown, the amenities more than made up for the proximity. Newly renovated, it was an amazingly modern property. Plasma TVs in the lobby and rooms, nearly everything automated, it was a very comfortable place to stay.”

• I loved the modern decor.
• The toilet and refrigerator made strange noises that woke me up at night.

“I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. As soon as you walk in, the first thing you notice is the striking decor. The suites were just as striking. The beds were comfortable, and the plasma television was an unexpected pleasure. Overall, this hotel was enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel brand again.”

• Curb appeal.

“This hotel was great. I think it has the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Plus, the breakfast was perfect. It seems they spent all the remodeling money on the inside and left the outside the way it is. Which is fine with me? Great hotel.”

• Great layout. Loved the contemporary decor.
• I did not like the condition of the bath tub. I understand they are renovating but they did not spend any money on the bath tubs.

“Despite the renovations, I loved the hotel and would gladly stay there again.”

• Although still under renovation, the hotel and staff were exceptional in comfort, cleanliness, services and added benefits.
• There was some noise during the morning hours due to the renovations, but it was not in the early am.

“I feel that we got more than our money's worth. I was initially concerned when I read the reviews of the Amerisuites that previously ran this hotel, but when we arrived and found that Hyatt Place had the hotel, it was more than expected and lived up to the Hyatt name. We were presently surprised and amazed at the different experience we had compared to previous reviews.”

• Nice room.
• Under construction and not very friendly people working there.

“The hotel room was great. When it is finally finished with the construction it will be a nice facility. They need to improve the staff so that they will be more informed about the surroundings of the hotel, i.e. The dining options in the area and hours. The breakfast was awful because no one was working the room. We had to go get cups and bowls to have coffee and eat. ”

• Newly renovated. Lcd TV¿s.
• Already dirty carpets.

“Newly renovated yet already the carpets were a mess. Construction workers eating in the breakfast area and a horrible breakfast to boot.”
