• Broken doors, and room furniture and bathroom leaks.

“Mold and leaks in the bathroom, refrigerator noisy all night, outside door keycard locks broken, breakfast worthless.”

• It is located at very convenient and safe location.
• Room service is very poor, mooring breakfast is very poor.

“Although the hotel is in good location, the room service and other facility didn't support it. If you are a single for business trip and just want a cheap place to stay, it is recommendable.”

• The location was perfect for my needs.
• The elevator had no air circulation.

“The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The parking was good and secured entry to building made me feel safe coming in at a very late hour.”

• Hotel has been renovated and has a modern look to it.
• Internet connection is very slow and only works about 75% of the time.

“The rooms are pretty comfortable, but don't expect much from a 2-star hotel. Internet service is horrible by today's standards. If you have to deal with the front desk, make sure it's Araceli or Justin. The other staff members don't seem to care much. Often, you have guests cooking ethnic dishes that smell up the entire hallway. Also, the carpets in the room are filthy. They look clean and are vacuumed, but are grimy and should be shampooed.”

• The common areas upstairs (on my floor) were not clean.

“It was fine for an economy hotel. I did not use the amenities but did view them. They were definitely lower quality.”

• My room was a No Smoking room, but it smelled like smoke.

• Pool nice and clean.
• Hard bed with sheets that did not fit the bed.

“This is a no frills motel. With internet access that is too slow to work, and no daily clean service. A one star at most.”

• Was convenient for what I was here for.
• The dining area should be spruced up - especially for breakfast.

“Conveniently located on a main road close to the exit on 400. Easy to get in and out. Basic amenities provided were useful. The aspects that could improve are dining and the exercise room. Some heavy duty work out tools would help.”

• Not convenient, no night staff; shower handle fell off in my hands, could not take a shower.

“It was not convenient for my work, there was no night staff and as a solo female traveler, I felt unsafe. Misrepresented the hotel, big sign said rooms had been renovated, but did not show in the rooms, and I tried to take a shower, handle fell off into my hands, and no one on site who could help me. I was told to talk to the manager on Monday.”

• Pool, small exercise facility and small continental breakfast.
• No room available with two double/queen beds & had ants, roaches and a scorpion in our room.

“Needed pest treatment, but my children really enjoyed it because of the kitchen, pool and big king bed. Staff was helpful and kind.”

• Wifi was not working and they charged for it to boot.

“I would not recommend this hotel on the basis that it is a 2 star hotel that wants to charge for Wifi usage. Also the breakfast is a disaster.”
