• Spacious, pleasant and was
  clean.
• Locked me out when I went to my car, ordered food out by exterior restaurant so meal was not hot but OK.

• VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR MY PURPOSES AND USE OF GYM AT NO CHARGE.
• HAVING TO PAY $11.00 DOLLARS FOR BREAKFAST.

• Mattress was well used, found it very uncomfortable.

“Older hotel, good initial appearance, but my room had paint/paper peeling off the wall. It could use a microwave, as it already had a fridge. My mattress could have been in better condition. It was well used, therefore I did not sleep well. The staff was very friendly.”

• Staff was awesome. Pleasant and very helpful.
• Only had one elevator, which was located at the far side of lobby/floor.

“Only stayed overnight but the bed was the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in. Liked the cleanliness of the room. Bathroom looked newly renovated. Felt a complimentary continental breakfast should have been provided.”

• Papre thin walls

“The room was clean but beds way too soft and spongy. The walls were so thin I could hear a normal conversation next door at 2 AM. The bathroom light switch was on the outside so everyone was awoken when it was turned on. The ground floor rooms have a sliding door that opens 4 inches,(why even have a door there?)”

• Easy to get to.
• The elevator was all the way in the back corner of the hotel, not convienent at all!!

“If you were stayong on the first floor it was ok but to have to walk all the way to the back of the hotel to get the elevator and then walk to your room, thats ridiculous.”

• Clerk at the counter was very friendly. Even though we didn't use the pool, it looked lovely.
• It didn't seem like there were enough emergency routes. Although our room had a balcony, it was a very long way to an exit. Tough to get there with.

  too small for two people.

“Really nice accommodations. Only drawback was the dressing/vanity area. It only had enough room for one person. I can't imagine what it would be like if you had a family of four. Solo travelers would find it perfect.

• Convenient, close to my son at FSU and I felt safe. In addition, very clean - love the sheets no spread!
• Breakfast was pricey.

• The room was very business-friendly and rather large.
• The bathroom smelled like mildew, the workout room was not in good condition and was too small.

• Free computer usage in the lobby with printer and beautiful hotel with pool and whirlpool.
• No wireless in the room, cold lobby.

“My only issue with the hotel was the lack of wireless service in the room. It was provided in the chilly lobby area however sometimes there was a wait. The hotel and room was beautiful. Nice pool, whirlpool, and exercise facility.”

• Maid let herself into room at 9:30 am to inquire if we were staying. Woke us up.

• There was a refrigerator in the room.
• A free breakfast was not served.

“The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the towels to be a little small and rough. Other than that all of the items provided were very nice. I would have liked a complimentary continental breakfast which is generally served in this level hotel.”

• Friendly girl at the Registration desk.
• Heavy fragrances in the room made me ill which did not allow for restful sleep.

“Nice, nothing out of the ordinary. They should keep in mind that some people are sensitive to chemicals in the room. The stuff they use to clean the room was asphyxiating!”

• It was a very attractive room, very spacious, and the bathroom was large.
• The loud trains in the morning, all the noise from the other rooms (people talking), the humidity/moistness in the bed/carpet.

“I liked the hotel, it was ok. But you could hear the people talking in the next room very early in the morning and the train as well. The beds were moist, and so was the carpet. Almost like the room needed to be aired out. It was comfortable and clean though. The staff was very friendly. The hot tub smelled like sweat and pee.”

• It more than exceeded my expectations. Staff was very helpful in a phone call and setting up non smoking preference.
• needs a contenintial complimentary breakfast. we ate at a bagel shop close by.

“Everything we have come to expect from a Marriott. But we had the worst room in the hotel--next to the indoor spa (Open until 11pm) and in the mornings the breakfast buffet exhaust somehow came waifing into our room at 6am. No balcony, just a window view of the parking lot.”

“The room was large, well appointed and clean. However, the access to our room on the second floor was either by stairs at one end or an elevator at the other. On room was near the elevator which was good for carrying our bags. However, if you were at the other end of the hall the elevator was inconvenient.”
