• It was a fair accommodation.
• The bathroom.

“The gentleman who checked me in remembered me. For what I paid, it is an excellent deal. The room was clean. My only problem was the mattress was too old and soft and hurt my back.”

• It was clean and well-lit.
• It smelled, terribly, in the rooms.

“The rooms smelled, the dishwasher was broken and did not get fixed before my stay of four nights was over. The rooms were spacious but, again, they smelled.”

• Conveniently located 1 mile from my client.
• Dirty rooms, slow internet, poorly managed.

“The rooms are dirty -- the rugs need to be shampooed, the shower curtains are moldy, the sofas have cigarette burns (in a non-smoking room). You wouldn't want to sit on the couches anyway as they're pretty grimy. Bring your own soap because they only give you one or two small bars. Hi-speed internet is anything but. Very slow and with unreliable server uptimes.”

• Except location I liked nothing here.
• Hotel service very poor.

“I had very bad experience when I was staying in this hotel. Out of toilet tissue, out of coffee, out of towel etc. Staff needs to be trained more and they need have patience in listening and helping out. Service needs to be improved. They treat the person as if I had stayed their for free.”

• It was spacious.
• The internet was not easy to connect to.

“This hotel was quiet, and conveniently located. It was very spacious with the living room and kitchen. The manager upgraded for us as our room was not ready. We had a little trouble with the internet connections, and with some TV reception. But it was a great deal for the money.”

• It had a kitchen and I could cook instead of eating out.
• Mattress was bad. Not enough cooking/eating utensils. No a/v TV inputs.
