• Staff was quite friendly.
• An included continental breakfast would be nice.

“Staff was quite friendly, Kristen at the front desk was especially helpful and pleasant to talk to. The room seemed to have been redone recently. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day very thoroughly. I would recommend the hotel to friends and family, I will more than likely stay there again on my next visit to Cincinnati.”

“They did not offer in room movies which was NOT GOOD. Also, the food in the restaurant was so-so. The treadmills were from the 80's and kept deprogramming and the bike wouldn't even turn on so I couldn't exercise. However, the room was exceptional and staff was friendly.”

• I liked how the desk staff walked around from behind the desk to give you your key and tell you about the facility.
• I had a non-smoking room but it still smelled faintly of smoke.

• The staff was pleasant. Adequate accommodations.
• No complimentary coffee, etc on weekends.

“The hotel is older but was clean and adequate. The staff was friendly and all transactions were smooth. The lobby is lovely however the pool area is very small and rather dingy looking. It is conveniently located near shopping with several restaurants nearby.”

• It was hard to find the hotel entrance from the road.

“The room was very clean, new and well furnished. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable and clean, with lots of pillows.”

• The staff was friendly and the hotel room was very clean.
• I thought the room itself was outdated.

“I loved staying in this hotel, and if I was to go back to that location (which we will, in the future) I will definitely be staying at this hotel. It only took us 20 minutes to get to king's island and there is a mall right next door, which we loved. Not to mention a dollar tree, a Wal-mart, and many other fine stores. This hotel Rocks and me and my husband took our two young sons and they loved the pool area. If you don't stay at this hotel something is wrong with you. For the price and the service you get it is all worth it. I can't wait to go back next year.”

• Easy to find from FWY.
• The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was old/out of date.

“This hotel had the highest star rating for the area we selected (2.5 for east gate). However, the Fairfield Inn which had a 2.0 rating looked much nicer. We hardly slept the whole time because the beds were so terrible. I had called several weeks ahead of time and requested that we get a king room; but we were given 2 double beds that felt like they were 20 years old. We were sinking in the middle and felt the bed springs. Stay at Marriott's Fairfield inn instead!”

• Close to many stores and a quick trip to Kings Island.
• Because it is located in a mall area, the traffic pattern was somewhat confusing.

“The hotel lobby was gorgeous. Conveniently located near many popular stores. Although the hotel doesn't have a continental breakfast it has a restaurants inside and you can order room service. The rooms were nice although a small refrigerator would have been a plus. The staff were courteous and accommodating. I would rate my stay at this hotel a 8 1/2 on a scale of 10.”
