• Did not stay because it was awful.
• Run down.

“This hotel did not have any reviews, so it was hard to tell if it would be a good place to stay or not. Hotel clerks were friendly enough, but due to the look and feel of the hotel, I decided to cancel my reservation.”

• The room from inside was good and had all luxuries.
• The outward appearance.

“The receptionist should be more careful while giving the access card for the rooms. It took us three times before the room could finally open. Each time we had to walk back to the office to get a new card.”
