• Room size.
• Noise.

• Nothing really.
• Oh boy where do I start, extra charges? location? and very Noisy.

• Big rooms.
• Just about everything, lack of customer service, not clean, not friendly.

“Worst hotel experience ever, we had a reservation for 10 nights and 8am on Martin Luther King Jr day (holiday) they woke us up trying to check us out even though we were not suppose to check-out 5 nights from Monday, also they don't observe Martin Luther King federal holiday since several people were told at breakfast that the employees don't consider this day a holiday so breakfast was only served until 9am instead of being server until 10:30 on weekends and holidays, rooms are okay, roomy but dirty and smelly, all in all it is a first and only experience for me on this particular hotel, stay away if customer service is in your dictionary.”

• Staff was very helpful and considerate.
• Exit from the hotel had limited visibility and posed a risk for an accident.

“My stay here was totally enjoyable. When in the Atlanta area, this establishment will be my first choice. The room was extremely clean. The staff did everything in their power to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only negative thing I had concerning my stay was that the exit from the parking lot had limited visibility of oncoming traffic increasing the odds of a traffic accident. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.”

• Manager's reception, breakfast, noon check-out.
• Front desk put 6, 9-10 year old girls right next to us. They were having a blast. Scream city.
