• The location.
• Too numerous - I don't know where to begin!

“This hotel was disgusting. I would rather drive from much farther than stay there. There was leftover food in the hallways for days that had cigarette butts sticking out from it. There was no light fixture, only bare bulbs, in the entrance area of the room and in the bathroom. We found the bathroom light fixture in the tub. Don't do it!”

• Location and parking were good. Lobby was attractive.
• Bathtub shower curtain rod broken. Bath tub mold was far from clean.

“I have been a Priority Club (Holiday Inn) member for 15 years. I was always under the impression that a HIM. Select was a higher level than the common HIM. This trip proved that assumption wrong. I was not pleased.”

• Restaurant was wonderful.
• Hard to find, old, not real clean.

“This is an older hotel, does need some updating and I would not say it was the dirtiest hotel, but not the cleanest either. Restaurant was fabulous!”

• The bathroom, the shower head are awesome.
• None.

“For the next four years, I'm going to stay at this Holiday Inn every time I visit my daughter, who go to FSU. My English is not very good, but I am sure of one thing if your kids go to FSU than Holiday Inn is the place to stay I LOVE IT!”

• Close parking.
• You could count on hearing sirens at least twice an hour on a week night.

“The service and quality of the hotel was fine. The street noise was a bit much. There were at least a couple of sirens an hour and a problem with thumping bass from the street below. I would not stay there again simply because of the noise issues.”

• The staff was great.
• It looked worn down, dirty carpets.

“The location and staff made this hotel worth staying at. My daughter left her rings in the room and 4 hours after check out is when she realized it - I went back and the housekeeper had turned them in to the desk. I truly appreciate the honesty and kindness. I will go back there for this reason alone.”

• Glad I'll never stay there again.
• Everything about the place is horrible.

“If there is a worse hotel in the world, I'd be surprised. This place is several notches below a prison camp in terms of cleanliness, staff, food, and every criterion one could imagine.”
