• Convenience.
• Dirty, run down, noisy, don't care attitude, neglected.

“The 1st room was a horrible dirty small room with cigarette burns in the upholstery and black things on the sheets. The 2nd room was larger but dirty, crumbs between the sheets, run down and neglected, noisy at night, mold growing in the bath and with ice machines that were empty. It is in bad need of renovation. I will never stay there again. I realize that we did not spend a lot of money for the room but it should at least be clean.”
