• Clean, good service, no problems checking in/out.
• Noisy heater, could hear neighbors.

“Very nice and clean hotel. Room was clean and staff was helpful. Complementary breakfast was good and filling. Only problem was with the heater/AC unit - it is very noisy and does not work that well. Also, I could hear the neighbors (through ventilation ducts, I suppose)”

• The location was great to kings island.
• Dirty room.

“This hotel, I was not at all satisfied with. The beds had maggots in it and when I talked with the staff about the issue, there was nothing but I m sorry, done about it. Also our room mate fell in the bathtub because they had no bath mats in the shower and the water would not rinse the soap off your body. When I called hotel manager about the issue after I returned home they will not return my call.”

• I would like to see maybe a treadmill or little room with some exercise equipment.

• Excellent location and extremely clean.
• Traffic at 5:00 pm to get to the hotel was brutal.

“Great location to and from Kings Island. Check in and out was a breeze and all employees were courteous. Breakfast from 7:00-10:00 was perfect, rolls and Danishes, bagels, cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, milk and juices. Rooms were very clean and had a small fridge. Overall value was great for the location and the breakfast. Did not have time to check out the pool.”

• It was extremely clean and the pillows were wonderful!
• The bathroom was tiny and the toilet was way too close to the wall.

“This was an awesome hotel for the price, probably the best one that we've ever stayed at! We'll recommend this hotel to family and friends and if we are in the area again, we will not hesitate to stay there again. Their complimentary breakfast was AWESOME!”

• The pillows, location to everything I needed, olive garden .
• Nothing.

“I loved the location to highway, shops, and restaurants of my choice. I had a quiet uninterrupted 3 nights. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I will book this hotel every time I travel to Cincinnati.”

• The hotel was very clean and looked as if the staff cared about it.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was a great value for the price. The breakfast was nice and our room and the surrounding were very clean. Even the floors leading out to the exits were clean even though it had been snowing. I would definitely book a room there again if I was staying overnight in Cincinnati.”

• It was convenient and cost effective.
• It was very noisy with kids running up and down the hall.

“It is for sure we will not stay there again we complained to the manager about the bus load of kids staying up till late hours talking very loud voices, 1:30 am. Starting again at 5:30 am. Running up and down the halls, other guest complained also with no results.”

• Wish I was not forced to take a smoking room, would have liked to select a non smoking room!

“Hotel was good overall. I was only able to select a smoking room, for a non smoker that was not a good experience. I had to purchase a couple bottles of Lysol and Febrile to try to mask the odors.”

• Smoke smell in hallways.

“This hotel was in a safe, convenient location. The price was great. The free breakfast had a lot of options, including waffles. Great value for the money.”

• The hallways were very hot and humid.

“We enjoyed our night at this hotel and all got a very comfortable night of sleep with no noisy interruptions. The breakfast was nice. The ease of check-in and check-out was great!”

• It was very clean and neat.
• There was no business center to access computers or e-mail.

“This hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job making sure that the rooms were clean. The pool was in a very well landscaped outdoor enclosure.”

• Great waffles, great breakfast.
• Crack in the middle of the sink.

“Easy off/on the interstate. Friendly staff. Hassle free check in/out. Clean room. Not much of a view. Good movies and lots of channels. Lots of choices for breakfast. Close to restaurants and mall. Easy access to Cincinnati downtown.”

• It was a great location and worth the price.
• It's pool was an outdoor pool and we were not able to enjoy it.

“The hotel was a very nice and relaxing place to stay and both my wife and I were very pleased with it. If it had suites and an indoor pool it would be the perfect place. Overall, thought it is worth the money and location. I will most certainly recommend to my friends, family, and associates.”

• A front desk staff person was not helpful when I complain about the phones not working to call between rooms.

• Convenient location. My room was equipped with a fridge and microwave.
• My neck is still hurting from the uncomfortable bed. Also, I asked for a roll away bed and they never had any available.

“This hotel was okay. I would not want to stay there again. The bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast area was packed every morning, but had waffles etc. ”
