• Room comfort.
• Breakfast was too basic - nothing hot was available under
  standard package.

“Great place to stay with 42" LCD TV and spacious room. Suggest to buy your breakfast instead of going for the hotel provided (mostly bread/ceral).”

• I liked everything about this hotel.

“The hotel was outstanding. I will stay here every time I am in the area from now on. I stay in hotels 4 to 5 nights a week and this is one of my favorites.”

• Heater was not working and they don't have spare heater that we could use. Cold air blew!

• Bed and sheets, pillows, towels not good (stiff).

“The hotel staff was nice and in a good location. The room was a good size but not very comfortable. The sheets, towels and pillows were very poor quality and the comforter was something you would see at a motel 6 or any roadside motel. They definitely need to upgrade in that area. I hope that next time I am in that area I do not get that hotel again.”

“Wonderfully located, courteous personnel, great and comfortable design in the rooms, though cheap whites and maintenance in rooms and exterior didn't help either. They have to improve!”

• The breakfast was great.
• Bed was very uncomfortable.

“Upside: the hotel was in a very convenient place for the purpose of my visit. I felt safe, and there were many shopping and eating options available. It was nice to have coffee, tea, refrigerator, and microwave available in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Price was great. Downside: the mattress was very uncomfortable; air conditioner was extremely noisy, hallways smelled kind of damp and musty.”

• Water in shower not very hot.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations by providing a large room, comfortable bed, and an at-home environment where I could feel relaxed. The pool was a nice surprise, and the location was convenient to many stores and restaurants. I was even able to walk to dinner and a movie!”

• The staff was friendly, clean place & comp breakfast for everyone.
• The bed was not that comfortable.

“Overall, very nice. I would return. Two suggestions for the breakfast bar use a meat other than pork. I love white gravy but pork sausage was in it. Plain white gravy and a turkey sausage would be great!”

• The rooms were dirty. The bathroom had mildew in each room. The carpet was dirty. The maid skipped cleaning our room. The bath towels were hard.

• Needed touch up painting in corridors.

• The carpet in and outside the room were a bit old.

“This is a great hotel for business travelers. It has free wireless which is great. I even used the pool which was okay!”

• Unfriendly staff, one day my room was not cleaned at all, not faithful to deliver on their services (breakfast, etc.).

• Cheap furnishing.

“For the price the room was all anyone could expect. Room was clean, staff friendly and efficient. After more then 2 nights the cheap furnishings and uncomfortable bed starts to wear if you are one who cares about such things. I am thus sleeping pills and/or a quality bottle of scotch is suggested to insure sleep.”

• Dirty 1 star hotel.

“The hotel is filthy! Carpets smell and are dirty. Had change rooms 4 times just to find a minimally acceptable dirty room. Avoid this hotel if clean is important to you. It is like a trucker hotel. Beds were dirty also. Wait until the renovate before staying there.”

• Someone tried to break and was able to open the door into the room at 1:30am.

• Could be cleaner and needs more renovation.

• Affordable mid-week rates, good location.
• Vomit stains all over the side of the mattress, dark, needs update.

“Hotel rates in Atlanta are dirt cheap on the weekends and often 2-3x during the week. This hotel is in a great location (North point Mall Area) but is not my first choice for a hotel in the 2 1/2-3 star range. The rooms tend to be a little dark and could be cleaner.”

• OK mid-week price, good location, fridge/microwave.
• Dirty carpet, uncomfortable bed, worn bedspread.

“The hotel rooms are a little dark and starting to need a good cleaning or renovation. Walking around the room in my white socks turned the bottoms brown ¿ yuk. The location is right near the North Point Mall area making many amenities accessible. A short walk across the parking lot takes you to a Starbucks, book store, and movie theater. There is a decent pool but the "fitness center" needs a little work.”

• The location of the hotel,near the mall.
• Didn't like the internet connection, it never worked. Really didn't like the map provided either. You guys were off by about 5 miles!!!

• Not very accommodating.

“Had a 5 night stay but because hotel was booked in the later part of the week, they couldn't accommodate a non-smoking room, at first I was on smoking floor. Had to request to be moved so they put me in a handicapped room. At the beginning of the week the hotel was empty. Made no sense to me.”

• I did not like there was no 3 or 4 star option in Roswell GA

“It was fine for a 2 1/2 start hotel, but I am extraordinarily disappointed there were no 3, 3 1/2 or 4 star hotel options in the Roswell and Alpharetta GA area. 2 1/2 was the highest option provided on your service. You use to have a 3 star Holiday Inn in Roswell, but after making UPGRADES to their hotel facility and service and changing the name to Doubletree.”
