• The privacy and quietness of the room.
• The beds were absolutely awful, the pool was filthy!

“The people at this location were friendly. The beds were so uncomfortable we are still sore 4 days later. The beds have absolutely no support, and sleeping on the floor would have felt better. Otherwise the room was clean, but the air conditioner did not seem to function properly. The pool was beyond filthy. It was as if it had not been cleaned in weeks or months. There was filthy on the side of the pool, the water was slightly murky, and there was an ample amount of debris in the water. There were dirty towels strewn throughout the pool room. No clean towels were available until after the pool closed for the evening.”

• Everything was clean.
• No TV access not even local channels.

“Hotel was great, clean and staff very friendly. Water very hard needs softener. Cannot watch TV unless you pay for something. Have to pay for regular shows as well as movies. Cannot get local TV access.”

• Customer service was wonderful.

“I found this hotel spotless and each member of the staff was well trained and friendly. All public areas were very clean and the hotel in general seemed to care about its guests. My wife and I will return.”

• The staff was extremely friendly.
• There was no public microwave available for use.

“This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was located in a great place to Kings Island which was our destination. The pool was clean and had good hours. The workout room was clean and offered great equipment. The hotel was a great deal.”

• Great location and excellent fast service.
• Nothing, everything was as it was suppose to be.

“The hotel was clean and beautiful. The room was very nice and their were plenty of towels which is becoming a some what rare circumstance. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.”
