• Absolutely nothing. We checked in and checked out.
• Filthy dirty, overflowing garbage, bad neighborhood.

“They upgraded us to a smoking room which smelled and had a yellow film on all surfaces. They then moved us to a queen room where the furniture was terribly scratched and the bed lines wrinkled. We were forced to stay elsewhere thereby paying doubles. We checked out the same day we checked in (having an appointment we had to keep in between).”

• Leaving.
• Dirty I left with rashes on my body.

“This hotel was dirty and the staff was rude. I checked in at 2:30 am and asked not to be disturbed until checkout time. Housekeeping started knocking on my door at 7. They continued knocking every half hour thereafter. I was taking a shower shortly before checkout when they opened the door and started banging on it while it was open, even though I had just asked them to come back and they could hear the shower, I had to get out of the shower, go out, and ask them again to come back later. I have never been so happy to leave a hotel.”

• The hotel provided a safe, clean stay.
• It did not have a microwave and refrigerator as stated.

“Overall, the experience was a good one. The hotel was convenient to I75, but somewhat out of the way.”
