• The big LCD flat panel TV and spacious room.
• Bathroom/shower were quite small.

“Very nice and new hotel. The rooms are small suites with a sitting area that includes a couch and a bedroom area. There was a nice swimming pool and fitness area. They did have a small bar and restaurant on site but I never got the chance to try it. Quite a few dining choices within walking distance and every dining choice you could imagine within a half mile.”

• Excellent location to Kings Island, wonderful decor & nice free breakfast in the morning.
• Nothing, it was great!

“This hotel is excellent for staying close to Kings Island. Decor is modern and updated. Hotel and room was very clean and just remodeled. Free breakfast in the morning was a big plus. Indoor pool was excellent for the kids the evening before. This hotel was a great in every way, no disappointments at all.”

• Wonderful location, great TV, very friendly staff.
• It had a bit of a musty smell but not so bad I wouldn't stay there again.

“I really liked this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The free continental breakfast was very good. I would highly recommend this to all my friends.”

• This hotel was really nice.The rooms were huge and the staff was awsome!
• The continental breakfast was a bit sparse.

“We had a wonderul stay and will hope to get this same hotel on our next trip.We had to be a wedding about 40 minutes from the hotel.They allowed us to check in at 11:30,so we could freshen up and change clothes.There were plenty of shops and resaraunts nearby,and the area was nice and safe.They staff was very attentive.We used the guest kitchen for some late night snacks,and the spinach dip was very good and the prices not at all "hotel like".The young man at the bar was very personable and had an entire conversation with us,without seeming bothered.(this seems to be the case at most hotels.)We truly enjoyed our entire stay.The only small negative was the breakfast.It just did not offer much variety.Overall,Awsome!”

“Two adults and two teenage boys stayed while we went to Kings Island. Perfect location, size rooms, and price. Very clean hotel w/ friendly service the hotel had a modern feel, and we will always look for one when we take trips.”

• The lighting at pool: very stark sodium lights! Remodeled pool area was better.

• The room we had was very spacious.
• The lobby was very small and not sure where to check in.

“This hotel was very clean and up too date. I did not like that the lobby was so small when we walked in and it was not clear where the front desk was. The decor was very modern and not too kid friendly, but very nice. The room we had was very large and definitely accommodated our family. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I was a bit upset that I had called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket and instead of them bringing me one I was told I could come down to the front desk and get one. When I arrived all they had was a sheet and no blankets could be found. We rented 2 in room movies, but was charged for 3. The gal at the front desk when we checked out took off the extra movie. Overall the stay was good and the hotel was nice.”

• Quiet, clean, friendly staff.
• Charged my credit card without explanation, I discovered this after I got home. When I checked out, they did not mention any charges I accrued.

“It was a nice hotel and a good experience overall, until I checked my bank statement and saw the $20.00 charge that I did not authorize nor was explained to me.”

“This was a great hotel - wish we would have stayed more than one night. The continental breakfast had a few choices of fresh fruit, cereals, bagels, and starbucks coffee, along with a couple of juices. The room had a large living room type set up and the large

“The hotel is perfect for business as well as leisure travelers. The rooms were very clean and there was plenty of room. My room included two double beds, a sitting area with a couch which converted to a pull-out sofa. A refrigerator was also included.”

• Loved the decor!
• Very limited breakfast selections compared to lesser star rated hotels.

“This hotel was gorgeous! I loved the decor and the room layout. The only downfall of the room was the size of bathroom. Very hard to maneuver through the door without tripping over the toilet. Would loved to have stayed longer to use the pool facilities, but time just didn't allow.”

• 42 inch flat screen TV was nice touch, room had modern decor.
• Not enough dining space for free breakfast bar - very crowded.

“This was one of the nicest 3-Star hotels that I have stayed at. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Place for the business or leisure traveler. We had our kids with us this trip, and they raved about the big TV. It was nice to be able to sleep in a King bed and have a privacy divider between our sleeping area and the kids area. Free breakfast was great & we enjoyed the indoor pool. The room was clean and very modern. The media center was a nice little touch too. I did have to do some work on my laptop and it was nice to have an office work space. We will stay with Hyatt again!”

• Flat screen TV, very spacious, nice bed.
• We stayed for 2 nights and room service did a very poor job cleaning the room in between stay. The pool was closed the second day.

“Over all it was a nice hotel. We were with our 2 daughters and for the most part it was a pleasant stay. The main thing that I didn't like was the room service. There was still garbage on the floor. Unvaccummed. Little things like not wiping down the table and stuff wasn't put away. This was my first time ever having that happen. When we first got there it was clean. The bed was amazing and so was the shower.”

• Hotel was clean and located convenient.
• Breakfast was unorganized and hard to get.

“Area for breakfast was small and always crowded. Staff had a hard time keeping items stocked with a good variety of items. People were getting frustrated every morning and cutting in line. Hotel also had no service elevators for staff to use. Several times we waited on the elevators and had to wait because they were full with maid carts. We also had a fire alarm at midnight, had to evacuate and wait for the fire department to clear the building.”

• Loved the hotel! Room layout was great.
• Pool was closed for the 3 days we were there.

“Even though this is room & not a suite, it felt like one. There was a small divider wall, maybe 2 feet wide, that separated the bed from the hide-a-bed sofa. There was a huge flat screen TV that could be viewed from the sofa as well as the bed. The kids slept on the sofa & I couldn't see them from my bed! The free breakfast was great & if you wanted something hot, you could purchase it. Lots of places to eat near by & convenient to the expressway. Would stay here again if given an opportunity.”
