• Staff was friendly and courteous. The continental breakfast area was clean.
• I had no negative feelings while at the facility.

“I would recommend this motel to my friends and family. The staff was extra courteous and helpful. Location was ideal for my visit to Cincinnati. I understand the hotel is being re-modeled, which should make it very attractive.”

• Friendly staff.
• Dirty room.

“The staff was very friendly however, the room was dirty and the sheets were not clean even after the second day. The air conditioner was very noisy in one room and barely worked in the second room (I booked two rooms).”

• The location being close to highway.
• I did not like the rooms, we had problems w/air conditioning in one room. We were moved to another only to have minimal lighting in that one.

“I was very disappointed in the rooms we had one with no air the other with lighting fixtures out. We were looking to book the room for another night but chose another hotel at a different location. I know I won't stay at a quality inn again.”

• I had a first floor room.
• Pool was not working.

“Ah, it was alright, if you're looking for a place to sleep in a quite area close to the highway, then this is your hotel. It was cheap and you got what you paid for.”

• Very close to the area I wanted to visit the next day, Kings Island.
• The cleanliness and overall maintenance needed some attention.

“If you don't mind being shorted a towel, a towel rack lying in the bathroom floor, a toilet that ran all night and short dark curly hair in the bathtub, all for the sake of location, then you may like the stay.”

• Staff very friendly, microwave and refrigerator is helpful.
• General condition of room not good, no working AC, Internet is WI-FI only.

“The staff is friendly and helpful, housekeeping is very good, the free breakfast is everything it should be. Condition of room and bathroom fixtures is not good and shows much evidence of repairs/alterations. The "free high-speed Internet" is Wi-Fi only, but not specified as such. The heating/AC unit is very old and the AC is non-functioning-not good considering the heat and humidity of Ohio. I chose the room because of the microwave and refrigerator, which is a +, but this room was not a good value for the price charged. Although I had prepaid gore the room, upon checkout , I was given a charge slip to sign with someone else's address and credit card #. This person may very well get charged for this room. I wouldn't stay here again.”

“Lobby looks OK, but the room is extreme old, bathroom is very old and so as the bed and furniture's. Very creative continental breakfast with everything tiny size. I am thinking we might book a elf' hotel.”

• The way the rooms joined.
• How hard it was to make the doors latch.

“For the price, it was a good deal. I would do it again if we go to Cincy.”

• Near major interstate highway, fridge in room, roomy rooms.
• Barebones, desperately in need remodeling, semi smelly, post hooker heaven.

“Has clean grounds, lobby, facilities and rooms. Rooms included a fridge and large TV with remote. Cable TV was available but no premium channels such as HBO, Showtime. No alarm clock. Outside entrance doors do not work, must enter rooms through lobby. Hotel desperately needs to be remodeled. My take on this motel is a place to bring hookers. I may be wrong, but this is the impression I got.”

• Desperately needs remodeling and repairs.

“This hotel has the feel of an abandoned building. Needs remodeling from bad 1970s paint scheme, and 30 years of neglect. Indoor pool filthy, and door to pool area does not close properly, a real danger to children. Building in generally poor condition. It was cheap, but if we didn't have a real sense of humor about it, I would have refused to stay there”
