• It was quiet & very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

“The furnishings were modern. The beds very comfortable and the TV was large with full cable. The internet was easy to connect to & the staff was
very helpful with directions to places to eat. Especially like the deluxe breakfast which included something beside bread. The boiled eggs & fresh fruit was unexpected.”

• Room was dirty.

“The room was dirty, there was a pair of flip-flops under the bed that had been there for ages. Another guest had used tissue under their bed. That is extreme neglect on housekeeping. I was overall very unsatisfied.”

• Not much.
• Poor bedding, torn & dirty carpets, paint peeling.

“This hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The carpets were dirty and torn. The bedding was of poor quality and uncomfortable. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Was charged for the room although it had been prepaid. Charge went to another persons credit card (I had difficulty explaining to the staff their mistakes).”

• Room had odor, bathtub was patched and very dirty looking. Windows were not secure.

“The overall cleanliness of this hotel appeared to be lacking. The room we were in was on the ground level and just inside the side door to the outside which made me feel very uncomfortable as far as safety. The window seemed it could be opened very easily from the outside. I would never stay there again.”

• Great continental breakfast, quiet location.
• Only 1 ice machine.

“The hotel in general was very clean. Staff very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. The only complaint we had was that we were on the 2nd floor and the only ice machine was on the 1st floor. If you want to use the high-speed internet be sure you have the correct cable to connect.”

“I'll start by saying that I knew this was a two-star hotel and used to live in the town, so my expectations were set accordingly. But, this hotel fell far short of those expectations. There was a sign saying, "please pardon the mess as we make reservations". However, I did not realize that applied to the cleanliness of rooms, such as dusty furniture, dirty bathroom, and more. The room was bizarrely laid out, with huge spaces of no furniture, but holes in the carpet as if there had once been furniture. Security was a bit odd - the side door was broken at one point. The bathroom was the smallest one I had ever seen! To shut the door I had to walk to the side of the toilet into a corner. Only then could I sit down or enter the shower. I practically had to duck to get in the shower and I¿m not even 6 feet tall. I definitely had to duck to get any water on my head. Bathroom amenities were a bare minimum. Breakfast was good though, and free - that was nice. The staff was very polite. Access to the hotel from the south is easy - however, leaving the hotel and access from the north is a bit more complicated. I lived there and wonder how easy it is for someone who doesn't know the area well.”

“The toilet seat was lifted up; someone had urinated and not flushed the toilet when we went to the room. My friend also recommended not to stay in la quanta¿s-so rooms - does not deserve a 2 start rating. Definitely not in the class of a best western.”

• The beds were very uncomfortable, nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke.

“This is not a hotel I would recommend staying in again. The mattresses were hard, one of the beds squeaked, the non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke because the smoking rooms were less than 40 feet away. .”

• We didn't have directions to our destination, and the manager was wonderful. He let me use his personal computer to get the directions. THANK YOU!!
• The girl that was in charge the day we checked out was not the friendliest person in the world.

“We had a wonderful stay. There were plenty of towels, the breakfast was great. It was just overall a terrific break from the norm! Thanks to everyone there, especially the manager. He made the visit worth going back again and again.”

• Good breakfast selection, convenient to Freeway, next door to nice restaurant.
• It reeked of smoke, ash tray 15 feet from non-smoking room. No elevators.

“Convenient location, nice continental breakfast and good staff. Unfortunately, the place reeked of smoke with smoking rooms were in the middle between two sections of non-smoking rooms. Also it didn't have an elevator which made dragging suitcases upstairs difficult.”

“For being a 2 star the pool water was very cold and the room was very dirty. It was a very easy hotel to find and the pool was very easy to get to. also the breakfast was very good with much to choose from.”

• Dated, smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the hallways and office. Rooms are in need of upgrading and repair. Overall appearance is uninviting.

“This is a one star hotel at best. The staff was extremely friendly, but this was the only positive. My husband, children and myself could not wait to leave in the morning. It was an unsettling experience. I have always been satisfied previously, and was very disappointed at this stay. I hope this review will serve to show the reality of this accommodation.”

• Pretty clean.
• Hotel is dated but pretty clean, continental breakfast wasn't very good. There is strong tobacco smell in hall downstairs.

“Nice staff, dated hotel, strong tobacco smell on 1st floor and reception area, but upstairs non-smoking room didn't smell like smoke. Was pretty clean. Beds pretty old though, bring your own pillow.”

• The room was spacious.
• The staff weren't friendly. The common areas were smelly. The breakfast was horrible. The bathrooms were tiny.

“This hotel was barely "ok". We found it to have an odor. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the main areas. The staff weren't friendly or knowledgeable. There is NO WHERE to eat at this exit.”

• Took care of rollaway bed request.
• Outdated, smelly.

“The staff was helpful, but the hotel needs updating. The rooms were not dirty per se, but needed general painting and updating. The room was a non smoking room, but smelled of cigarette smoke. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. For a cheap place to crash for the night, it was ok. I would not want to stay any longer than that.”

• The rooms were mostly clean
• Our rooms were not ready at check in time, the lobby area smelled like smoke the whole time

“This hotel was in a good location right off the interstate. The rooms were fairly clean but the lobby smelled like a smoke room along with the hallways. Also, our rooms were not ready when they should have been and we had to get ready for a wedding that evening. The person at the front desk did put us in another room, but was not very happy about assisting us. Overall, isn't wasn't that bad though.”

• Met my needs for a very short stay ( 6 ) hrs.
• I arrived late and the front hotel door was locked and had to wait for attendant to see me at the door.

“Not as nice as some of the other 2 1/2 star hotels I have stayed at. Possibly over rated.”

• The bed was really comfortable. Just like mine at home.
• The door to the stairway closed extremely loudly whenever anyone came in or out.

“All in all I really enjoyed it there. I wish my stay had been longer. The room was beautiful and clean. I would not hesitate a moment to stay there again. Oh yes, the breakfast was absolutely amazing. More than enough items to choose from. FANTASTIC!!!”

“The TV Remote had dead batteries, and the hotel didnt have any (and didnt offer to go get us some batteries), had to use our own batteries. When we checked-out and told the person behind the desk, she didn't appologize.”

“We requested a non somking room with a king sized bed by follow up to the property. We were informed at check in no king-sized rooms were available, but the party in line after our check in was provided a king sized bed.Upon entering our room, it was obvious the guests from the prior night had smoked. We called the front desk and told no other rooms were available since the hotel was sold out. We requested smoke spray suppressor, and told we would have to go to the desk to obtain it.Since we were in a seperate building 50 yards from the check in desk, walking in the rain in temps in the 40's was not comfortable.The desk clerk was rude when we requested the smoke suppessor spray. The desk clerk informed us no person was available to finish vacuuming the carpet which was left dirty between the beds, and between the ourside bed and the window.Both beds sagged considerable, and the springs "cried" when my wife or I sat, layed, or rolled over. RAudeness and dirty are not acceptable.”
