• Location.
• Room was wretched! Would not put my pet in there.

“The hotel was awful- furniture was worn & dented-I did not sleep comfortably the entire stay. Please knock this one down to a one or zero! It's horrible- I would stay out of the room as long as possible because it was depressing, dusty and old. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting & consisted of instant packets of oatmeal and stale bread with old cereal. I could not even stand to look at it. Just a very bad place to stay!”

• Good value for the money.
• Front desk help would not let me use their computer to make an airline reservation. Hotel does not have a business center.

“Although hotel advertises on its marquee that it is for business travelers, it does not have a business center and more importantly, does not have an internet computer for the guests. I desperately needed to make an airline reservation and they wouldn't help me. Told me that the computer they had been only for "business". I guess I didn't fall in that category.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• The pool is really small

“The hotel was very conveniently located to Lebanon, which was where we were going. It is also very easy to get to King's Island from here. You also don't have to get back on the Interstate and fight all the traffic.”

• The hotel was very clean & nice, management and services friendly, nice stay!
• We were pleased!

“The hotel was directly where we wanted to be. The management, staff and service personell were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. We would definitly stay there again.”

• they tried to charge me again for the room.

“Clean but smells of smoke, nice housekeeping staff too.”
