• Clean, quiet, allowed extra 2 hors on check out.

“Would return, convenient to expressway and venue. Clean, quiet, modest room. Everything expected. Comfortable. Staff was efficient and helpful with my request to check out 2 hours later. Made my morning meeting much easier.”

• For the price and last minute arrangements hotel was excellent.
• There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

“Based on the last minute schedule, this hotel met all our needs and we would stay here again and again. Great place and staff was outstanding. The only bad thing about this hotel was trying to find it. Lots of construction going on and signage was very poor. Land markers would been of better use.”

“room carpeting dirty and felt sticky! Furniture very dusty, unsure bedding had been changed!
Breakfast was a joke waffle maker didn't heat; coffee pot empty no matter what time we tried to eat; milk was sour; breakfast sandwiches were in a paper bag in the freezer! There was no one to wipe up tables when other guests finished eating and complaining to the front desk make absolutely no difference.”

“My overall experience at this hotel was great. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The selection of the continental breakfast was great. This hotel was a great value and more than I expected for the price.”

“Very happy with this hotel. Very clean, enough towels, very quiet while we were there (just one night). Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• Personal computer in lobby did not work. Was allowed to use one of the office computers.

“Staff not particularly friendly, however, were accommodating when the lobby PC was not working.”

• Loved the continental breakfast and the staff.
• The maid said she could not clean our room completely because she could not touch personnel items. I thought the bathroom & bed could have been done.

“It is a completely pleasant place to stay. The continental breakfast is wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much! Our room was perfectly clean when we got there. I think it could have been cleaned more toughly during our stay. We had a personal blanket on the bed and earrings on the counter in the bathroom. So, the bed was not made and bath was not cleaned. A used washrag was left in the bathtub. The maid left a note saying she was not allowed to touch personal items and that was why she did not clean thoroughly. I think the bed and bath could have been done.”

• Nice size room, good breakfast.
• Very close to the highway.

“Just right for what we needed clean and just the right amount of space for an overnight stay, kids enjoyed the variety of breakfast items.”

• Lack of clothing/dresser space.

“Overall the stay was great. My only gripe was the fact limited amount of dresser space in the "mini-fridge and sofa bead" suite. For a room that could hold 3 people, there was hardly enough space to hold one persons clothing. Other than that, a fantastic place to stay! The staff was very helpful and everyone was polite and good-natured.”
