• Very impressed with willingness of staff to help
• hotel parking was a problem spots 2 small and people used 2 spots riuning parking for others

“Staff was excellent. I had a medication problem and the staff helped me find a local care station to get prescription written then helped find a place to fill it. Breakfast was good pool, was nice but a little small, parking was well lit and felt safe but could use bigger lot. would recommend to a friend”

• The accommodations in the rooms and the availability of necessities.
• Ran out of breakfast, but it was a good breakfast.

“This was a nice quiet to place to stay and get away. It is away from the busy city, but close enough to have an enjoyable time in the area.The rooms are homelike and the accommodations are top notch.”

• Buffet breakfast, helpful, friendly.
• The hotel used some type cleaning product/freshener were the aroma was overpowering. I have allergies and ended up with a sinus infection.

• Loved the size of room and the iron.
• Had family reunion-hotel did not try to do crowd control. Had to eat outside. Dining room overcrowded.

“I really like the hotel. The corridors are way too long. In order to get to the lobby, you have to either walk very long hallways or leave the building and come in through the rear of the building.”

• Huge suite like rooms.

“The Staff was extremely friendly, parking was free, the rooms were clean, free full breakfast, free cocktail hour during week, and rooms looked more like a complete suite!”

• It was well appointed, with ease of access.
• There was a room roped off as a crime scene.

“The hotel was perfectly fine. Pleasant, comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Although we were placed in a room right next to a room that was the scene of a crime. There was blood everywhere, and although there were cops and evidence being collected, we weren't offered another room.”

• I like the fact I had my own fridge, stove, couch.
• It didn't have a restaurant. I had to go on the street to purchase food.

• Not as close to Buckhead restaurants and entertainment as I expected it to be.

“This is a great place to stay, whether you're a business or a leisure traveler. The hotel's rooms and parking areas are neat, clean, and spacious. Complimentary hot breakfast is delicious. Loved the view of the park/lake nearby.”

• It's a little off the beaten path.

• Very clean and safe. I enjoyed the neighborhood it was located in.
• My stay would have been much better if I had not been bumped the first night.

“I would recommend this hotel for people to stay in. However, I was a little put off the first night. I arrived at about 7:30 pm and was told that they had overbooked and I would be placed somewhere else for the night....if wanted to come back to just call in the morning. Well of course I wanted to come back.”
