• The staff was very helpful; they anticipated our needs and offered their assistance often. They were very friendly and well-mannered.
• On the third day our room was not straightened up by housekeeping. The other item is there was a chip in the ceiling over the tub.

“The staff was wonderful. We were impressed by their eagerness to help us with everything we needed quickly and accurately. They helped us with directions to the areas we wanted to visit. They also suggested places for us to visit. The driver suggested "la Aztecan" restaurant to us on our first night. It was wonderful. We are very thankful to the staff for making our stay a great experience all the way around.”

• Comfy, fluffy bed & linens, bath & body works items.
• Walls a little thin, noise carries, needs sound machine.

“The hotel was lovely. For a bit older facility. Would suggest a 'sound therapy' style clock, because the noise carries. Was lucky not to have noisy neighbors. For sleep. Otherwise couldn't have been more pleased for the value! However the next night would have been 239. Would have 2nd thought at that price. I guess its all relative.”

• The spa/pool area was great. Cleanliness of hotel, newspapers delivered on weekdays was very much appreciated.
• Nothing. it was a wonderful experience for us.

“Wonderful location, great transport service. Room cleaning often "incomplete" ... supplies, coffee, towels not restocked. Elevator to our level out of service for two days.”

• Prompt and courteous service to every request.
• Small business center. Internet cards did not give promised time.

“For an older hotel over all appearance is great. The lobby is open and inviting. The only wear & tear that shows is in the hallways and baths are a bit tired looking. The rooms and beds are tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. If there had not been two family reunions at the hotel- guests were quite loud and noisy in halls and rooms. I did move after first night, but my misfortune put me near a stray family reunion person and I was too beat to move again. I wore earplugs each night. Just unlucky to be around the family reunion.”

• The Bellman was wonderfully accommodating in driving us to an evening destination and returning to pick us up.
• I was not able to get a king room, but the double was OK.

“The hotel was very nice and accommodating. We would be happy to stay there again. The beds were absolutely great; so very comfortable. The bath amenities from Bath & Body Works were delightful. The Bellman who drove us a couple of times was terrific. His name was Walter.”

• The front desk employees were more than helpful and friendly. They really were attentive and tried to help in any way they could with directions etc.
• The housekeeping staff were very loud speaking Spanish in the hallways yelling loudly at other staff. At one point we opened our room door to tell the

“The front desk employees and maintenance staff were all wonderful. They safety was another issue. We drove up on Wed. 7/5 to the FBI arresting a man in the parking lot in close proximity to us. It was a little frightening. Also the housekeeping staff did not remove the soap in the shower from the guest before us, along with speaking and yelling Spanish in the hallways early in the a.m. We did like the pool and the security system set up to go into the pool area did help.”

• I loved the beds in this hotel. The linens used on the bed were soft and very comfortable. The comforters and pillows were made of down and feathers
• I did not like the fact that in order to use the computer in the business center you had to purchase a prepaid card in order to use it.

“I liked this hotel. The lobby entrance is very pretty and they offer a lot of parking. The best thing about the rooms were the beds. The beds are so comfortable that you just don't want to get out of them. The bathroom was nice and clean as well. I did not have any lotion in my bathroom so when I called to the front desk the young lady promptly brought some to the room for me. I really liked this hotel and I would definitely stay there again. Once of the things I did not like about the hotel was that although they offered a business center you had to pay to use it. If you needed to use the computer either you had to insert your credit card and agree to pay $6.00 for 20 minutes of computer time or go to the gift shop and purchase a card for $10.00 for 45 minutes of time. I did not like this at all. I was in town for a business conference and did not have a laptop with me. Considering the type of hotel the Marriott and how much they charge for rooms I was very surprised they charged for the business center. The also offered a breakfast buffet was very expensive in my opinion $12.95. There are a lot of restaurants in the area so this was not a problem. I would definitely stay here again, but my biggest complaint was that they charged for the use of the business center.”

• Construction on street to hotel the driving was confusing.

“I found the hotel very nice. I was placed in a room next to the elevators and the vending machines after I specifically requested a quiet room away from the large groups. I did not request a room change due to the traffic in the lobby with numerous weddings and large groups checking in and requiring assistance. I could hear the ice machine and the guests in the hallway due to the proximity of the room. I was too close to the busiest location on the floor.”

• Beautiful accommodations, kind and helpful staff, well-maintained.
• The room was a little less spacious than some 3 star hotels.

“The Marriott Perimeter Center in Atlanta is a well-maintained luxurious property with good business accommodations. In addition, the staff was courteous and made the stay enjoyable for my 2 young ones. The indoor pool and fitness facilities were excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.”

• Walking distance to Marta. Fluffy duvets on beds.
• Big business or convention hotel. Not small or intimate.

“Most front desk attendants and staff were very helpful. Walking distance to the Perimeter mall, and Marta make this an easy hotel to stay in. The Duvets on the covers were very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay again.”

• The outdoor section of indoor and outdoor pool was closed off.

“The good. Very convenient for the N. Atlanta shopping, dining, business area, right next door to Perimeter Mall, one of the better Atlanta malls. Clean, beds are comfortable, nice shower. Wife loved the hotel soap and shampoo. The bad staff not overly friendly, but service was good. The outdoor section of indoor and outdoor pool was closed off, and after asking if they could open it, we had kids that wanted to swim outside, they gave no real explanation as to why they couldn't open it. Overall, high recommendations.”

• The staff was exceptionally nice and the hotel very clean. We have enjoyed our stay there each time.
• We elected to eat in the hotel one evening. The food was good but they were understaffed. The ones on duty covered as well as possible.

“The hotel is pleasant, very comfortable and clean place to stay. They could consider valet parking. Each time we have stayed there we enjoyed it, particularly this last trip.”

• An extremely comfortable bed. They used nice linen.
• I can't think of anything without being petty.

“A very nice hotel with staff who really are very attentive to their guess needs. Housekeeping did a great job in making sure the room was clean, especially the bathroom. Location of hotel is in close proximity to excellent restaurants and one of Atlanta's best malls. The hotel even provided shuttle service. ”

• I loved the bed and the shower.
• I needed utensils for food I brought in and I was told by the front desk that they didn't have any.

“The hotel seems clean and my room was more than I expected. I have stayed at other Marriott's and was a little concerned about what I would be coming into when I opened the room door. However, I must say the decor and the cleanliness of the room was good. It would have been great, if the previous guest's used soap was not left in the bathroom.”

• Proximity to mall, stores & restaurants. Indoor pool nice.
• Noise in the hallways early in the morning (6am).

“Hotel was nice. A group of cheerleaders in town for their competition were staying at the hotel also. This made for a very high noise level everywhere you went, the lobby, the pool area was deafening because it is enclosed, and the hallways throughout. The towels in the pool area ran out and the girls were told by their adult supervision to run dripping wet back to their rooms and dry off with the room towels. This made the halls wet and very slippery. As we were going to our rooms, we were reprimanded by housekeeping for wetting the floors, but we were not even wet ourselves. Other than that, it was pleasant enough.”

• The hotel is near the Concourse Center and very close to Perimeter Mall and fabulous restaurants.
• There was construction going on just outside my window.

“It was up to the fairly high quality that Marriott is known for. My two children liked it. Our car battery died and they were very helpful in getting my battery jumped off. I would stay there again.”

“You can't go wrong if you select this hotel for your stay! This was our second visit to the Marriott Perimeter and both experiences were fantastic. The beds are better than home. The staff is very well trained, friendly and helpful. Location could not be better. Close proximity to Perimeter Mall and great restaurants. We will definitely stay again.”

• The Mariott was clean, decorated nicely, and the rooms had comfortable furniture.
• The bathroom tub was not very clean and the shower curtain was dingy.

• My room was excellent, very clean and beautifully furnished, most welcoming
• I don't think the laundry uses softener for their towels as they were a little bit scratchy.

“Taking all things into account the room was very nice the staff was great, however the internet access was WAY STEEP, the room service was somewhat overpriced, $38 for a sandwich and small pizza, but this is the case everywhere.. I would do it again.”

“We stayed in the Marriot as it was close to the place I needed to go for my Lazik surgery. The room was very comfortable and we were very satisfied with everything during our stay. We had a late breakfast the day of my surgery and it worked out very well. I would be sure to reccommend this to our friends and we plan to use it in the future as we have in the past. Thanks so much for being there for us.”
